Vacation Rental Description
Brand new luxury condominium hotel located in the heart of the Orlando tourist district on International Drive South, within easy 5 minute drive to Disney, Sea World, or Convention Center, 10 minutes to Universal Studios. The Premium Outlet Mall (with 110 stores) and the new Dolly Parton dinner show is within 2 to 3 blocks walking distance. The International Drive trolley stops at the front door and provides easy access to all attractions. The 22,000 square foot Welcome Center includes a marketplace, game room, business center, concierge, toddler play area, gymnasium, meeting rooms, and more! This corner unit is conveniently located on the second floor (with elevator) and overlooks both the lake and superb pool area, with water jet playscape fountains, beach, hot tub, and wading area. The luxuriously furnished 3-Bedroom condominium is a large 1400 square feet, and includes a full kitchen, dining room, and living room with large flat screen TV with DVD/VCR player. The master suite is furnished with a king size bed with TV, and a private bath with walk-in shower, granite counters, and jacuzzi-tub. The other two bedrooms are furnished with two double beds each with their own TV. The living room contains a queen sized pull-out sleeper sofa. Linens are included, and a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron is also contained inside the unit.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, appliances, and silverware and has an island with seating for two at the bar. The dining room also contains seating for 6. Free high speed internet is complimentary and satellite TV is included. Room safe is provided.

| We enjoyed a 2 week holiday in an excellent rental apartment in September. This new hotel is as described with fantastic outdoor areas ie a number of pools, game rooms, free internet use, gym, cafe, shop, free transport to the Disney parks if you dont have your own transport. Freshly laundered towels are available to all guests at the pool area even if you are in the pool at 8.00 am or 11.00 pm. At night this area is lit up and it was very enjoyable to sit at the pool side bar and relax after a day either at a park or shopping. The staff will make you very welcome. The apartment was to a high standard with all the amentities you require when away from your own home including 4 large tv's. Disney is a 5 minute drive away and less than 2 minutes is the Premium Outlet Mall with many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Overall exellent location, children will spend hours in the pool area and I would highly recommend this resort area to couples or families. September 2009 we will be back. |

| Great apparment,good size nice and clean,beds very comfortable.Had 4 teenagers with me so location was ideal for evening activities and entertainment. All the staff from security to reception were friendly and helpfull, also the staff from Contempo who organised the logistics were first class.We shall return. |

| GREAT!!! Everything was fantastic with our Floridays Unit. Photos were exact. Great location, with easy access to all attractions. Supermarket around the corner. With a family of 5(2adlts/3chld)our 3 bedroom unit had ample space for everyone. Staff were friendly. Facilities suited everyone. Pool for kids, Pool Bar for husband and gym for me. We really could not fault Floridays and would highly recommend as a great place to stay, and would hope to return some day |
