Located on Taunton Bay in Franklin approximately 100 ft. from the water.This terrific 2800s/f (including basement) 3 bedroom, 3 full bath waterfront cottage sits on 9 acres of privacy with 650 feet of shoreline. All you see are eagles and seals from this cottage while facing West for some spectacular sunsets. The custom cherry cabinets are just one of the amenities in this gourmet kitchen. It also has a double oven, an indoor grill and deep fry built into the stove. In the finished walkout basement, there is a TV room and pool table. The house has comfortable furnishings, a beautiful mahogany library, and a separate room which could serve as a computer/office space. Outside, there is a play field and a 13 foot swing set for the children. The beach is gravel, easy to reach, and great for kayaking and swimming. All bedrooms located on the second floor. Master bedroom has a queen size waterbed and overlooks the living room below. Each of the other two bedrooms have comfortable bunk beds. This property accepts immediate reservations!
