| We stay at Sun River approximately four times a year. This was by far the nicest house we have ever rented. The location was ideal (except for the trains) Which we got used to after the first night and we will come back and stay at this house again. There was such a homey feeling to this house. I don't think they missed a thing. (Except, no regular coffee). The kitchen was very well stocked and the area, just beautiful. We love how the lodge is decorated for the holidays. THANK YOU!!! |

| I rented this house off the web and after talking to Jennifer about several houses that Bennington offers. This was a trip for my sister's 60th Birthday. We enjoyed our stay and the house was quite nice. Even though it was close to the train tracks the bedrooms were pretty quiet. Very quiet neighborhood too. I have rented houses before that did not live up to their reviews. This one had only a few things I would ask about - no bikes, a hot tub that had no controls, and no lights along the walkway to the front door. Otherwise, I would recommend this house to others. |

| There are 4 bikes located underneath the porch. The hot tub has controls, they are located on the wall of the house. The owner has since installed lighting to the front door. |

My husband and I, with our dog, spent a very relaxing 11 days in this comfortable home. The property is well designed with huge windows that show-off the ponderosa pine forest around the home. It has plenty of living space, indoors and out, with three decks -- great for watching the frequent deer visitors. It comes with a jacuzzi and bikes to ride on the miles and miles of nearby bike paths. But our favorite amenity was the ping pong table.
We've taken our dog on many vacations, but this was his favorite. And when he's happy, we're happy. |

| We enjoyed our stay very much. We had 5 people and did a lot of cooking. The house had everything we could want. We also could easily walk to the mall or to get a fancy coffee and newspaper. We would certainly rent again if the situation arises. |
