| Our family had a great, relaxing stay here. The wood fire was great after cross country skiing around the property. A great getaway and we would stay here again. |

| Our small family gathered in this roomy retreat for a long weekend of relaxation, recreation, and reunion. The six adults and one baby enjoyed the peace and quiet of Sunriver and appreciated the many available activities. We had a great time, and would recommend this property as very comfortable and accommodating. |

| We had a great time at 10 Deer lane, the deer were there on que to welcome us. The house was appointed well and the hot tub was very much appreciated. A lovely gas fireplace made for cosy evenings. Will be back. |

From arrival to check out everything was ideal. The house was spotless, in exceptional repair and had all the little house hold extras such as dish soap, paper towels, laundry soap,a variety of cookware, untensils, and the bikes were a definate assesst and we made use of the every day! The doggie welcome basket was a terrific touch. She still wears the "I'm lost in Sun River" tag which, was very thoughtful and as a dog owner I felt secure that if she did get out of sight she'd be returned quickly.
The staff was prompt in responding in delivery the dvd's that were not waiting for us upon arrival. But she brought them to us with in a few hours.
Customer service was exceptional overall. When I made the reservation the rep was very helpful and informative. I called back numerous times with questions and was always greated with a cheerful,"happy to hear from me voice."
Neither my mother or my sister or myself can fault Bennington in anyway. We will book another stay in 2009. |

| This is a comfortable, pet-friendly home close to shopping, walk/bike trails and meeting rooms. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen had all the basics. (Bikes and a hot tub were available, but we didn't use them.) The rental agency welcomed our dog with treats, a toy and a bowl. They also had a large movie selection we could choose from. We would stay here again. |
