We enjoyed the home and overall visit to Sunriver/Bend. I have been coming to the area for over 25 years now and consider it a second home.

We really enjoyed staying at 10 Deer. The home was well equipt and had nice flat screen tv's in both bedrooms and livingroom. We will definitely book this home again.

This was the best Christmas ever. Mr & Mrs Bennington go out of their way to be sure their guest are comfortable. Their staff are also excellent, efficient and polite.
Besides the owner Bob & mrs. Bob, have a warm comfortable place.
We have been staying there as often as we go up since 1985., and will continue if allowed. We previously stayed at another place.
We already have plans for 8/2017.
We have seen it remondled 3 times and this past changes are the best, I especially love the table in front of the bay window, while I made my birthday & anniversary cards for 2010.
Of course, having a White Christmas and New Years helped.

I hope the Bennington's enjoy triplet Grandchildren for many, many years.

Bennington Properties treat their guests like guests. We have been staying at SunRiver for the last 10 years - a week long vacation - and have found that the service to the houses continually went downhill ... until we stayed with this property management group. The office/email people are responsive and delightful to talk to! The house was soooo clean and loaded with supplies. We are dog people and the dogs were given the royal treatment. We will never go back to below average treatment when we can feel special. Go Bennington Properties you are doing everything right!

This is the second year that we spent some time at Deer 10. The home is so welcoming and restful. It is so quiet but also close enough to the Mall and other activities. We hope to be able to spend some time there next September. It is has been a very healing environment for us to quiet down after a year of so much activity.
We are two Sisters,(nuns)who take the advantage of prices after Labor Day, which enables us the privilege of going there for a little rest. Sr. Rita Rose, (Margaret Stohosky), wrote to the owners in appreciation of their beautiful home. Thank you for asking.
