The reservation process was easy, the rental office provided us with the
needed information in a timely manner, and the rental office staff were very
helpful in both selecting a house and during the rental.

The house suited our purposes well, as it has two masters and we were two
couples. The kitchen was well supplied and the appliances were quite
satisfactory. The furniture was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable,
but the one in the room with the smaller bath squeaked with minor movement.
We liked having the gas grill and the hot tub was wonderful.

We would have preferred a location closer to the Mall, but this was not a
significant issue.

Our only (minor) complaint was that the house is fairly dark. Overhead
lighting or skylights would be helpful.

Always before we stayed in hotels. Never again! This was much more convenient,and they were very welcoming to our pet. The rent two nights and stay two was nice also. It was much more pleasant having our own space, and the house was setup and waiting for us upon our arrival. Four stars and we'll gladly rent again More...

The place was well kept and clean. We had a great time. We brought our dog and by reading the papers left at the house it sounded like there was suppose to be a dog tag we were to put on him, but there was not. The other problem was that the dvd player in the living room decided that it would play a dvd when it decided. Sometimes it would not play at all and other times you made it half way through a movie and it would freeze. I would suggest replacing it. Other than that, great place. More...
