This home is gorgeous and has a great view of one of the lakes in the development. This beautiful home has it all: 4 master suites on the main level with 2 king and 2 queen beds, 2 bedrooms upstairs with a queen and 3 sets of bunks, bonus game room, vaulted great room downstairs, 7 flat screen TVs including a 42" plasma, wireless internet, 3 gas fireplaces, and heated floors in the 4 master baths. Hot tub. 6 bedrooms/.5.5 baths. Sleeps 16. Speaking of "sleeping", the room darkening blinds in all bedrooms are a plus.The Caldera Springs Quarry Pool and the Lakehouse with work out room and lodge are nearby and are a great gathering place for family and friends. There is a pool table upstairs and ping pong in the garage. Privileges of this home also includes passes to all Sunriver proper pools and tennis courts in the summer. The Sunriver Business Park and Mall are just a 10 minute bike ride away!

Great Family Getaway! |

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniv. with 14 family members.
Everything in the home was shipshape and extremely comfortable. Although
we were many, we managed to have privacy. Our 2-year old Greatgrandson
had a ball exploring the house and yard and hiding from Mom. Loved the
hot tub. The location was convenient to the Rec Center, but the games
included at the home were sufficient to keep everybody happy for those
who don't swim. The only surprise was not having the use of the canoes
included as an amenity and finding out that had we booked with Sunriver,
they would have been. For the large group, this was an additional
expense we hadn't anticipated. It would have been nice had we known
this before we arrived. Our daughter's family had the free use of all
facilities last year and we assumed we would this year. Just a thought!
All in all we were very happy with all accommodations. Thank you. |

| A home similar to this property would cost around $1300 a night at other vacation rental companies. At $300 to $600 savings per night, we assume most of our guests appreciate only having to pay for canoe rental. We do provide FREE access to both Sunriver pools, the Caldera Pool, Caldera Lodge (with games and big screen TV), and the Sunriver tennis courts. |

| WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY...THE HOME WAS BEAUTIFUL AS WELL AS THE SURROUNDING AREA'S. WE ENJOYED THE CONTRAST OF QUITE SPACE AND NATURES VIEW GIVING THAT IN-THE-WOODS FEELING, AND THE POOL AREA WHICH PROVIDES MORE OF A LUXERY RESORT ATMOSPHERE. WE ARE NOT "RICH" PEOPLE...THIS VACATION WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. IN FACT WE ARE ALREADY PLANNING TO RETURN NEXT YEAR W/ ALL OF KIDS (THIS IS A VERY KID/FAMILY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT THAT ALSO ALOWS PLENTY OF GROWN-UP FUN. |

| Fireglass property was outstanding. New development worth the switch from normal Sunriver side. House had lot's of great features and plenty of space. All that is missing is a button to make it snow on command! |

This is third time renting from Bennington Properties. All three times have been very pleasant. The staff is always accommodating and kind. The homes that they offer are beautiful and accommodates us all, as I have a big group of married friends.
What we enjoyed most about this house was that almost all of the rooms are mastersuites except the two upstairs. The home is very beautiful and so new (it even smelled new). We all thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and ping-pong table. The big added bonus about staying at this home was the Rec Center down the road. The pool is so relaxing and we were all very suprised that it had a waterfall and a waterslide!
The only thing that I would have liked to have is some outdoor furntiure in the back. There was a cheap table and two chairs for a house that sleeps 16?! Good thing we brought our camping chairs!
