Located within a very short walk to the Sunriver Village. Nestled among ponderosa pines, this home has two living spaces, a spacious kitchen and a large deck for summer BBQs. Great for a romantic weekend in the mountains or a family reunion to the outdoor capital of Oregon.

| This house was perfect! Plenty of room and very close to the shopping area. We even had a herd of deer come by every morning. |

This was our first time at Sunriver. We were at the mercy of rental companies to find us adequate accommodations given our circumstances of age differences in occupants.
The owners have done some nice updates in the house but in our opinion more should be done.
Towels and bed linens were quite nice. Sleeping accommodations were adequate.
The home is close to Sunriver Village which makes it nice and walking/biking paths abound.
We stayed during some of the hottest temperatures in years and unfortunately had no air conditioning. Our fault for not asking. Several fans circulated warm air but the absence of skylight covers made our stay quite uncomfortable.
The hot tub was only available to us one out of four days even though calls were made and attempts to fix failed. Bikes were non-existent. |

| Very few homes in Sunriver have air conditioning because at 4000 feet of elevation, it is not uncommon to see 30 to 40 degree temperature swings at night during the hotter summer months. By putting a fan in the window, these cool nights act as a natural form of air conditioning. The hot tubs at our properties are managed by professional hot tub companies. These companies will respond immediately to questions or problems with the hot tubs and will do everything in their power to make sure they are clean and running for your stay. |

A perfect spot for our extended family to gather. We kept a warm fire going while we played games, enjoyed the hot tub after our brisk bike rides. We found the home roomy and well designed for our purposes.
I especially enjoyed the warm floors in the master bath! Wish we could go back every year. |
