| great home, close to biking trails and walking distance to village. Full access to pools and tennis courts-a definite plus. Comfortable living area for a family. Washer/dryer and pet friendly. Hot tub clean and maintained. We would return! |

| As always, Sunriver was delightful. We usually come up in early Spring, but coming in June meant more of the outdoor attractions were available. We had a great stay, but found the rental home less than fully ready when we arrived. Pre-ordered DVDs were not delivered, the Spa was not fully operational, and the kitchen stove had only one working burner. Also, the patio slider had significant condensation between the panes. We noted these problems when we checked out, but have not heard back that they have been addressed. We had not experienced these kinds of problems in the past, and hope they represent a unique lapse in service. |

| We stayed here for a few days in June and had a great time. There were 3 adults and two kids and we were perfectly comfortable. Three bedrooms were very handy. Kids loved the bunk bed. We appreciated the home being dog friendly. We have no complaints. Sunriver is a beautiful place to spend a family vacation. We have been there several times and will return again. We rented through Bennington Properties and they make the rental process very simple. |

Warm & comfy - lots of amenities! |

We always rent a home in Sunriver when we go skiing because we have a small dog. This home had lots of good amenities - we especially like when a kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, coffee maker, wine glasses, etc. since we like to cook after a good ski day! A soak in the hot tub and the King bed was very comfy, and we had no problem sleeping. The woodstove was stocked with plenty of firewood, and we liked the open floor plan with the vaulted ceiling so we could see the fire while dining.
It was also nice to get the 4th night free when we rented for 3 nights. The keys are always right by the door in a lock box, so it makes it very easy to check in! Nice little touches like cookies, doggie bowl, and plastic bags to pick up after your dog.
We would definitely rent this home again and would recommend it to anyone who is a stickler for details.

| The house was nice for what we wanted (Pet Friendly Budget Vacation Home). We've stayed at nicer homes in Sunriver, but for the price this was perfect. Close enough to the village to ride bikes. We will be staying there again. |
