| I would like to say the experience was wonderful. the property was absolutely beautiful. and everything was as advertised. it was a seamless, worry free experience renting the home, making the weekend that much better. highly recommended. |

Everything was ready for us when we arrived. Freshly cleaned
home, sparkling hot tub and doggie treats! The bike path was
located behind the house and bikes ready in the garage. The
kids had room to set up a badminton net and we watched them
play as we barbequed on the back deck. The master bedroom
and bathroom on the main floor gave us our own space while
the teenagers were upstairs watching t.v. and getting ready for
activities. Being centrally located we found ourselves using the
quieter North Pool. Next time we visit Sun River, we will again
rent from Bennington Properties. We have been more than
pleased both times we have stayed at their rental homes. |

| We had a fabulous snowy winter break at 5 Leisure. The open floor plan was comfortable and roomy. I loved cooking and interacting with family at the same time. We would return to this house, it had a wonderful home like feeling and was convenient to trails and parks! |

golf tournament vacation |

We had a great vacation at 5 Leisure. Every year we have a get together and golf tournament with 16 couples. We chose this property to stay and we made a great decision. It is pet friendly (even if we weren't able to bring her). The only thing I wish is that there would have been a fence around the deck.
I would highly recommend this home to anyone. We will definitely stay again. The decorating was really nice and comfortable. Also a great location. |
