The four condos that I rented for a week were, for the most part, very good. We enjoyed all the facilities are at Sunriver.
My biggest complaint/suggestion is that there seems to be no interest in your guests. No one ever called to see if we needed anything, if we got in safely, etc. On the last morning, I was locked out of our unit at 11:03am and it took at least 15 minutes to get someone to come and let me in so I could get my luggage. The person seemed quite annoyed at having to come help me out and once, again I got the feeling that no one really cared about our stay at Sunriver. I think it would be nice to have a personal touch at some point during a visit. |

| A review like this surprises us because we take a lot of interest in our guests. We have found that most guests do not want us to call once they have arrived because they are busy relaxing or enjoying their vacation. It often takes 10-15 minutes to drive to many of our homes, so unless one of our maintenance technicians are close by, our response time will generally be about 15 minutes. |

| We found this home very clean and comfortable. Although we spent very little time at the home because we were there to enjoy what central Oregon had to offer we would highly recommend this unit. It is close to the village so walking over for some shopping, dining, or evening entertainment was very nice. |

| This home is situated in one of the best locations in Sunriver. Walking distance to South Shopping Center and Pool. The biking/walking trail is right across the drive. Huge grassy area for the kids to play in, completely secluded from the road. The house itself had all the ammenities, including a very very comfortable King Bed in the downstairs bedroom. We would totally stay here again! Lighting in the kitchen was a bit sparse (low light cooking if you're eating after dark)...but we had no major problems getting our meals prepared. |

| Many guests do not realize that there is lighting underneath the cabinets in the kitchen. This really helps to brighten things up. |

Our little bugalow was perfect for our short get together with our Son, Daughter in law and new grandson. It has everything we needed including the bikes.
We will definitely return to this spot in the future. Maybe this Winter. |
