Vacation Rental Description
Relax on the porch swing while you watch the Sunriver wildlife go by. This cozy home has been freshly redecorated. After your day of play, warm up by the wood burning fireplace or jump into the bubbling hot tub (Either will relax and sooth you). The master bedroom has been modeled after a calm meadow and if youre not quite ready for sleep you can watch TV or DVDs from the comfortable king size bed. This room also has its own bath. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and has been modeled after the Deschutes River that flows through Sunriver. Also at the home are two full size sofas and a queen insta-bed (inflatable bed) for the kids or guests. Modoc 3 is conveniently located within walking distance from the country store and Fort Rock Park. The home is equipped with bikes to ride on the trails and a ping pong table in the garage. Your outdoor activities are almost limitless. At the house for your use are 4 tennis rackets, a baseball bat, mitts, bike helmets, and all the balls for football, soccer, tennis, and baseball. Home is stocked with all the conveniences youll need. In case you choose to retreat indoors there are games, puzzles, books, magazines, and a family friendly DVD collection. Also, you dont have to leave your furry friends at home since it is a dog friendly home and caters to our four legged guests.

| We have rented from Bennington Properties a few times and have always had great service. This is a nice home with one strange feature. We could not find any cupboard space to put our groceries? It was an o.k. kitchen but had to leave non refrigerated groceries on counter tops. |

We spent the weekend here with my girlfriends sister and
brother-in-law. It was absolutely a fantastic house. The table
tennis was a bonus, and the hot tub is so relaxing. The interior
of the home is so clean and well furnished!
The location is great because we were close enough to
everything without being in a high-traffic area.
We will definitely stay here again! |

| The house was the perfect size for two adults and a child or two. It was lovely and full euqipped. We really enjoyed the hot tub and playing in the snow. SunRiver is great in the winter. |

| We absolutely loved it!! It was like taking your house on vacation - all the comforts. We are already talking about renting a larger house with some friends in late summer 2009 and doing it all over again!! Killian can't wait, he loved the bike rides and he had a blast chasing the ping pong balls around everytime we missed! |
