Although the home was very comfortable, I didn't appreciate that the tracks were right in the back yard, or that the train was running so frequently; the noise from the train was extremely
disturbing -- especially during the night.

| We have a small number of homes along the railroad and they are all priced accordingly. Many people do not mind the noise, and find the peaceful location (backed up to Deschutes forest) worth the momentary noise. |

| This home is gorgeous!! It has all the ameneties you could ask for. We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the home. The hot tub is wonderful. The surrounding area is beautiful and there is so much to do. We have often talked about going further away for vacation, but after staying at this house, we have planned several more trips because you just can't beat it. We would highly recommend this house and Bennington Properties is so easy to work with. |

| Home was terrific. When we first saw it, we had some second thoughts because it looked very similar to others. But the inside was terrific. We rode bikes all over and really enjoyed the property. Can't wait to go back. |

| It is a lovely home. Well Furnished with everything you need to cook and relax. Close to store. We love SunRiver and have stayed in the area before. However, we felt they failed to mention the close proximity to the railroad tracks. The train does run regularly in the night and early morning so it was a little too close for our taste. If you are a sound sleeper then this is a great house for you. Bennington Properties did work with us to accomodate our concerns. |

| The train is freight only and unscheduled, so it may go by several times or very little at all. Rarely does it sound its horn, only occassionaly when there are deer on the tracks. |
