| We rent vacation homes a lot. This property was as always wonderful. We found we could have used more things, serving pieces for dinner, but what impressed us the MOST, was the customer service we recieved from Bennington. I don't think I will pursue any other company again. Oh, I did wish I had a bathtub in the master, but that is just a little nit. Loved the house, loved the property, loved the bikes! We shall return. |

| We didn't realize that we had previously rented this great house several years back! The house was perfect for just my husband and I and was also perfect for the large family we brought last time. It is clean and reasonably priced. We rented it at the last minute and the agents were so helpful and super easy to work with. We had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. |

We really enjoyed this house. It was more spacious than we imagined from the pictures. When we first entered the house there was music playing as you walked up the stairs giving the place a awsome feeling.
The location was at Sunriver was very good, although you had to go through a lot of circles to get to the mall. That's life at Sunriver. On the bright side it was close to one of the golf courses and pool.
The hot tub was a little cool but that problem was corrected with a couple of phone calls. The great part of the hot tub was the deer. My wife and I were in the hot tub and deer came up to a tree and had a snack from the tree.
The only real down side to the house was the windows (high up) on the east and west side of the house. They heated the house up when the sun was shining through.
Other than that we really enjoyed the home and do recommend this house to others. It was a great value for the price.

We had a great time at 32 Tokatee during the winter. We used it as our stepping stone for cross country skiing.
The kitchen/dining/living area has a very open great room feeling and is nice for having everyone together, but there aren't really other spaces to get away besides the bedrooms.
We we delighted that the house had a hot tub, but we found it to be on the smaller side, fitting about three adults comfortably.
The rental company was great as it was our first time going through them. Overall we had a great experience and we will be back.

| This is a great and "homey" property! It was wonderful to walk in and the house was wam, the radio was playing soft tunes and it immediatly felt like home. It has a great kitchen to prepare a huge meal in.... my friends loved that! Also, the hot tub was relaxing to unwind in! I highly reccomend this property! |
