Newly remodeled with stunning views of Union bay. Small but cozy built on the beach. This cottage can’t get any closer to the ocean without being washed away! Kitchen, livingroom, and Queen Futonare combined in one room on the first floor, and the bedroom in the loft area is equipped with a queen bed.Literally next door to a lobster pound where you get to purchase fresh seafood. They will cook it for you or you can enjoy a real Maine experience and cook a fresh lobster yourself at the cottage. Public beach within walking distance or enjoy your own 180 feet of water frontage. This property accepts immediate reservations! Runs Saturday to Saturday. Maximum occupancy is 2 comfortably (can sleep up to 4.) ***ALL PRICES LISTED ARE BASE PRICES ONLY.
