Property Overview

One of our favorite getting together houses! This home is set for entertaining with a large kitchen including a center island and dining area which opens to the living room with wood burning fireplace. Three levels of home to explore (2,745 square feet) with a two car garage and private outdoor hot tub on one of the decks. Four bedrooms plus a bonus room for sleeping arrangements and 3.5 bathrooms. The main level is all living, bedrooms are either upstairs or downstairs. The master bedroom has a Queen, 2nd bedroom has two twin bunk beds, 3rd bedroom has a Queen, 4th bedroom has two twin beds and the bonus room has a double futon. Don't forget to peak in the drawer under the television in the futon room - Playstation for the kids or if you just feel like being a kid! Enjoy the gorgeous mountain views and sunshine from the large deck off the living room. Close to free shuttle stop to the Winter Park ski resort located in the Elk Run subdivision. New Year Get Together

This was our third time at the Dakota house--we love to have enough space to let our kids, sorry young adults, have their friends. The home always has the amentities we expect and a great kitchen to cook and unwind in after a day of skiing.
