The rich history of the Holzworth’s Never Summer Guest Ranch, now a part of Rocky Mountain National Park, has been retained with its new décor and appliances. This cabin has been featured in Denver's 5280 Magazine. Located up County Road 8 in Fraser on five acres. This private residence has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, sleeping up to fifteen people. The main part of the cabin has a living room, a kitchen with new appliances, and a dining room. The master suite has its own living area, a dining area with a kitchenette and steam shower. There are two TVs in the unit in one in the main living room the other in the master, and two DVD players. In the main living room, there is a karaoke machine to help make your family’s vacation in the woods more thrilling.
