Cedar lower was a very nice rental. The views are awesome.
The only things we really saw wrong were there were a few cob webs and the showers both had hair in them so they needed to be wiped a little bit better. Those are two very minimal things. All in all our experience was wonderful. |

| The lower duplex was sparkling clean and furnished beautifully, down to the small amenities such as shampoo and fluffy towels. It had floor to ceiling windows in each room that looked out on a lovely mountain view. You could sit or eat at a table on the large outdoor deck or soak in a private outdoor hot tub. The hot tub is the reason we rented in the first place and it was much more than expected because of the pristine condition, large size and view from the tub. The property management folks did an excellent job of booking, maintaining the property and surrounding grounds and making themselves available for questions at any time. |

| We stayed in Cedar Lower for three weeks and enjoyed the entire time. The condo has excellent views, is spacious and well furnished. The only downside is the ancient kitchen appliances - variable heating on the stove top, irregular temperatures in the oven and a very noisy refrigerator. However, these were minor annoyances compared to the great views and nice layout. The Windcliff staff were very friedly and very helpful. We liked Windcliff so much that we bought a condo in Windcliff. |

| Service here could not have been better. The house had an amazing view and was so quiet and peaceful. It had everything we needed, plus some extras--fireplace and hot tub. Our only complaint would be that the place needs a little updating. Appliances and decor in the kitchen and baths were very dated (original early 70's?) but worked fine. Carpet in the master bathroom is not ideal and should be tiled. The drive up the mountain to the house is a little steep and scary, but well worth it. All in all we'd definitely recommend Windcliff! |

| Everything was great from beginning to end. The home was very clean and had everything we wanted plus more for our family vacation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The drive up to the cabin can be a bit scary your first time. The house sits high on a mountain and the view is spectacular. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The packet supplied to you at checkin is very helpful. |

| From the phone call to reserve the home to the time we left, we had a most delightful and rejuvenating experience. The staff is both warm and professional. The view is breathtaking and we felt like we were at home. Everything was clean and well-supplied. The only difficulty we had was regulating the heat. Thank you and we plan to return. |

We stayed a couple of nights in the Cedar Lower and we had the most amazing time ever!
It was very relaxing and the view was breathtaking. This particular house is at the top of the mountain overlooking the whole city. I didn't want to leave.
One recommendation for visitors coming from a big city and whom are accustomed to a little bit of noise at night, it is extremely quiet which made it hard for me to sleep the first night. If you look in the master bedroom closet, you will find a floor fan. Turn this on at night and you will sleep just fine.
I can't wait to go back. It was such a wonderful experience! |

We were doing the 'commute thing' for a while so before I left for Calgary (6 months), we spent a few days in Estes and rented this residence. The view is breathtaking at this height, and the furnishings and cleanliness were first class. It was also our anniversary weekend.
The occupants above us were courteous and we heard very little from them.
Wish we could spend every weekend there.
Thanks,
Gary |

| I love renting from the Windcliff properties. They are excellent to work with and managed this property when we were there. The view from this home is magnificent, and the deck and hot tub are great and in excellent condition. It is a nice place to stay. My few complaints are about the lack of doors on the bathroom in the main bath and the sliding door on the second bedroom bathroom needs fixed (gets stuck closed. The kitchen is not as well supplied as other houses we have rented from the same management company and has an old microwave. Just needs a little attention from the owners. |

| Thanks for your review. A door has been installed on the master bath toilet area. We periodically check kitchen furnishings in every home to make sure that we have the required glasses, dinner servings etc. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. |

We had a great experience! Everything was as expected, very clean, everything worked. Very well decorated.
The view is spectacular, and the deck provided a super place to unwind after a full day, and a quiet time for breakfast in the morning.
There was a family with young kids above us which led to some stomping noise, but all in all, was muffled to a large degree.
They were prepared for us when we arrived, and we were in the house in 10 minutes.
We definitely would recommend this house.

| I do not have 1 complaint. This experience started with Andrew, the staff member at the front desk. He was very friendly and helpful. The view was breathless from the main office, so going up, up, way up to the cedar lower made the view UNBELIEVABLE! The house was gorgeous. It came with clean linens, dishes, firewood, instructions for anything we might have questions for. The hot tub was perfect. It was more than i had expected. I was so pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this house was. Waking up to that view was absolutely magical! I would recommend this house to anyone and everyone looking for a purely beautiful stay in estes. |

We all loved just about everything about the house.
The only Major complaint was that the king bed in the master bedroom was really really hard and uncomfortable. I can usually sleep on just about anything but I woke up with a backache every morning. This was really the only reason we would not want to stay there again. A nice softer bed would have made the time about perfect.
We spent a lot of time just relaxing there and a newer television would have been nice as well.
The house was so clean, SO roomy and comfortable. Very pretty. We really enjoyed having our own kitchen and laundry room .. The deck outside was just incredible and if the weather had cooperated we would have eaten outside most of the time. One evening was cool enough to enjoy the fireplace. It was a dream vacation for sure.
We are already planning to come back next August and are wanting to stay at Windcliff again.
Sincerely,
Pam

| This condo is a clean well-kept and nicely decorated retreat. After a days play in town,we enjoyed sinking into the butter soft leather sectional in front of a roaring fire. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed and there is even a washer and dryer. The views of Long's Peak are spectacular; I have never seen the "keyhole" so clearly. We were not bothered by any noise from other renters. We plan to return again and again. |

| We enjoyed our stay at Windcliff very much. This was our 4th stay at Windcliff, and 1st time for Cedar Lower. We chose the house because of the view, and we were not disappointed! This house is at the highest elevation of any other rental home. We were very comfortable with the furnishings, both interior and exterior. The hot tub was very relaxing, and the gas grill was nice. We actually saw a black bear right beside the deck! If you like to cook, you may be disappointed by the appliances and the kitchen accessories. The kitchen could use some improvement. Also, the master bathroom is open to the bedroom, so that was a little uncomfortable at times. Both of these are easily fixed. Still, we would return to this house in the future. |
