| Five friends and I celebrated my 50th birthday here. It was the perfect place for sharing with friends. We watched movies, had great meals, played games and just had fun hanging out talking and laughing. The view was amazing! The hot tub and pool table were great. The office staff was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to come back sometime. |

| We had a great weekend, however we have stayed in some of the other windcliff homes in the past and we were disappointed by the condition of the fromberg. I wish their was some sort of rating system to rate and compare the homes to each other. Other then that we still had a good time, but the intial impresson of the house was not as good as many others. Thanks for a great weekend. |

I think the owner needs to do some updating/maintenance (i.e., the thermostat issues, the faucet in the "master" bedroom downstairs that leaks water when it's turned on above a trickle), but it was a nice place. It did look a bit "tired."
I enjoyed staying there without any reservations because of the views. The only thing I found odd was the exhaust fan automatically triggering when the inside temperature reaches a certain temperature. When we returned home one evening late we found a hot house with a loud fan running with no explanation. It would have been nice to be alerted to what this was instead of trying to figure it out. (Important: leave the windows open!)BTW, it was 53 degrees outside and VERY hot inside.
It is really a place for families with several children. Couples don't need bunk beds and a baby bed. |

| We enjoyed Fromberg. It had a good amount of room for our clan. We had 4 little ones and 5 adults. Everyone felt at home. The home was stocked well. We had every necessary utensil needed. The only downside was the dated decor. It is definitely time to do some updating and furniture replacement; however, this wouldn't keep us from returning. Overall the home was comfortable, roomy, and had a wonderful view. We would recommend it to others and plan on returning next year. |

Extended Family Get Together |

| If I could have selected 4.5 stars I would have. My extended family (4 family units, 7 adults and 2 children) all stayed in this house and the layout and space offered were perfect for this group. The house was well stocked and clean, we very much enjoyed our week long stay. The only hesitation in giving this property the full 5 stars was just a few things: the decor is pretty out dated and the kids had issues with bug bites (spider) while staying in the lower level bunk room. That aside though, everyone in the family said they'd stay there again and we'll definitely look up this property if we ever plan another family get together. Finally, Windcliff staff was great from time I made the reservations in January through checkout. Thanks for the great vacation from all of us |

The home was well furnished. Each room has a spectacular view. We enjoyed each level of Fromberg. The staff was quite friendly, efficient and always helpful. Fromberg sits near the top of the property, so the view is amazing. The pool table and hot tub were an added bonus.
The house was very relaxing! The kitchen was well stocked; the bedrooms contain great books, board games, puzzles and closet space.
No real complaints...some of the toilets lack flushing power (master bathroom) this happens to many toilets as they age - might be time to replace it.
Thanks for a great visit. We definitely look forward to a return visit.

| This was a wonderful place to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We had four generations (from age 3 to 89)staying in the home and it worked out perfectly. The view is marvelous. We were surprised to wake up early one morning and see 6-7 deer grazing in the yard! The kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and fireplace. The bedrooms were very comfortable and had beautiful views. We were all sad to leave and would love to return in the future. |

| The house was clean and it had everything we needed. Management was very helpful and friendly. Location was great! Outside of town but close enough for a quick grocery run. Decor was a bit dated but we hardly noticed with the great views of the mountains from EVERY room. Based on the size of the house we expected the hot tub to be a little bigger but we fit 5 comfortably with a little room for two more to put their feet in on the other side. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would definitely go back. |

| The views from every room were spectacular. The house was reasonably clean though fairly dated. Having enough space for all my family and the ability to hide on another floor for quiet was delicious. The Kitchen had little storage for out group's food wares however it had every appliance, utensil, dish, bowl, flatware, glasses and gadgets you could need and the dining table held the entire clan. |

| My husband and I stayed for an extended weekend at the Fromberg house, and we had a great time. The views are simply amazing. The house has everything you could need, including an indoor hot tub and billiard table. If you're looking to get away from it all for the weekend or longer, this is a wonderful place to do it. |

This home had a great layout; grandma/grandpa stayed on the top floor near the kitchen, uncles each got a room on the lower floor and shared a bath, we had the master suite with bath, and kids loved the bunk room. We had plenty of space to spread out; we could hang out all together in either one of the two living rooms or split up on the various floors. We loved the pool table and did use the hot tub, although we requested a special cleaning/servicing before we did.
The home is not newly decorated, and could use new carpet, mattresses and furniture very soon. Also, the entire space was not completely clean upon arrival. But the kitchen was extremely well-stocked and even had spices and condiments that previous renters had left.
The drive up the hill each day is quite a chore, so plan your days accordingly and try not to arrive after dark many times. But the view is fantastic! Tip: buy a hummingbird feeder at the hardware store downtown and hang it above the balcony. We had many, many hummingbirds each day. |

Thank you for your review. The owner has purchased new couchs and dining room chairs. The hot tub was serviced prior to the guests arrival and again during their stay.
Windcliff is a mountainside location with winding dirt roads, located about 10 minutes from downtown Estes Park. Our location is what gives us spectacular views of the Continental Divide of the Rocky Mountains. |

| My husband and I have stayed with Windcliff before but everytime it gets better and better. The house was beautiful. It was pretty cold the whole time we were there but the snow was amamzing and we had many opportunities to have a fire, drink hot cocoa and snuggle up to watch a movie. The pool table and hot tub was a lot of fun. It's a very entertaining home but even it just being the 2 of us was a great time. |

We spent the weekend celebrating my 40th birthday here. The place had spectacular views and lots of room for everyone. The fireplace was wonderful during movie and dinner time. The hot tub was a hit with the kids. There are lots of levels and stairs may not be suitable for small children. Most bedrooms are on the second floor. We had a wonderful time and created lifetime memories.
The condo is conveniently located to Estes and resturants. |
