First snowfall of the season |

| We spent 4 days at the Kinney home and had a great time. Our son and his family live in Denver and we in Florida. We wanted a get away in the mountains and thought October would be the perfect time with the leaves changing and cooler weather. We were not prepared for the 4 inches of snow that fell, but loved the chrisp air, the pure white snow that covered the trees and lawn, and the feeling that we were in a winter wonderland. The house couldn't have been better. A roaring fire in the fireplace, all the comforts of home and more, very child friendly and lots of room to spread out, kick back and enjoy. Which we did. The view from all the windows in the home was spectacular and the wildlife wandering the roads was fun to see. The elk up on the mountain behind the house, the deer eating along side the road on our way down, and birds and other wildlife made for a great vacation. Will highly recommend Windcliff to our friends and family as the office staff was great, the roads were kept open despite the snow, the homes and area well cared for, and the views-priceless. |

Windcliff staff provided excellent reservation service. The Kinney home had everything you could possibly need for comfort and convenience and superb views with our own private party of resident elk. The layout of the home provided everyone sufficient privacy and the great room provided a most relaxing gathering place to relax.
We highly recommend the Windcliff Properties and will most definitely return...this visit was the best of all we have made to Estes Park. |

| We have stayed at the Schroeder house before and the Kinney is just across the street so it has the same magnificent views. This house was perfect for our little family gathering of 8 people from 5 to 90! We kept the fireplace roaring and the dining table full. The hot tub was a pleasure at night and we heard the elk bugling while sitting in it. How spectacular is that! We couldn't find a remote control for the garage but we didn't ask and weren't really bothered by that. The weather didn't cooperate too much this year but it's still our favorite place and try as I might, I have not found better accomodations than are offered by Windcliff properties. |

| This home was very well stocked - nice - comfortable and had a killer view. We were so excited to take our pet 'Miss Lucy' with us. She enjoyed the big windows and the wonderful view as well. The wildlife was plentiful and we were most surprised when a coyote walked right across our path. Beautiful homes and secluded. Andrew was very helpful in making the reservation and it was easy to check in and out. We took an elderly person with us and this was a great place to 'hang out'. Would recommend this if you need the space. Good value compared to the condo's we checked on. |

Our family has been visiting Estes Park and Windcliff for decades. Each rental makes you feel at home on your vacation. We saw a lot of wildlife (bear, coyote, elk)and beautiful sunsets this year over the front range.

My wife and I, along with our grown son and his friend, spent a week
here in the fall last year. It's a comfortable place with a wonderful view
of the mountains, a fire place, good seating and adequate bedrooms
and kitchen. The drive up to the place from the main road is a bit of an
adventure for a flat-lander, but really just adds to the adventure. We
saw deer about half the time we were driving the 10 minutes of dirt
road. There are a number of good day hikes and beautiful drives in
the area and we found a few good restaurants, made even better by
the hikes. Over all, we had a good time and felt the cost was about
right. If it's in your price range, we recommend it. You'll enjoy it. |

| We love this unit. We've stayed their twice for Thanksgiving. It feels like someone's home-plenty of books, movies, and homey touches. The view of Rocky Mtn. National Park is tremendous. We want to stay in the summer some time and do more hiking. We also love it that it is one of the few places we can take our dogs and we are very conscious of not abusing that privilege by "picking up" after them. |

| There were seven family members sharing this vacation. The property managment personnel were so very friendly and helpful. The location was terrific - we were able to hike without leaving the alotment and has some specatcular views. We had wildlife in our yard and on the road in the morning. We sat outside at night and the stars and constellations seemed like you could reach out and touch them, but reminded us how small we are compared to the universe. The house was decorated very confortably and had all the comforts of home; plus some we don't have. We were so glad that we were able to bring out fox terrior, Max, with us. We were able to sit outside on the deck and enjoy each others company. We would like to say thanks so much for the vacation and vacation home. I have passed on your website to people who are wanting to vacation in Estes Park and had no ideas about house rentals. If the distance was not so great and finances not in the pickle they are; we would make Windcliff as regular vacation. |

This home is very well suited for families. I would recommend it anytime! |

We had a good time in this property.
After we left we have been asked to pay additional price for cleaning.
The management company was not happy with dishes which we left in a sink and a few blankets which were dropped on the flor.
We have payed 100$ cleaning fee as part of our agreement before the rental and were surprised to hear about additinal fee.
If you rent this property you need to be aware that you have to clean the house exactly the way as you have enetered.
The money you pay for cleaning are just to put clean shits on the bed.
In this case, staying in a hotel might save you the trobble.

Manager Response: December 13, 2008 |
| Thank your for your comments. We wish to clarify that there is never a cleaning fee for any of our houses unless the home is left in a disorderly state, in which case we have the right as spelled out in our rental agreement to charge an extra fee for cleaning. |
