Phenominal time in a stunning location |

My husband, myself, our two children and my
brother visited Colorado for the first time and were
fortunate enough to stay at Windcliffe in the
beautiful Kintzle home. The views were breath
taking, the house beautiful and the staff at
windcliffe were so welcoming. We are already
planning our next trip. |

| The breathtaking mountain views from the deck, and the large windows in the dining room & family room were relaxing and enjoyable. It was convenient to the Rocky Mtn National Park and into town. We especially enjoyed watching and hearing the elk each evening in the RMNP and our daily walks & drives in the park. The staff members at Windcliff were wonderful- they were friendly and helpful from the time we made our reservations and throughout our time there! It was our first vacation in Colorado and we are so glad we selected Kintzle in Windcliff. |

The house was very clean. Utilities worked well.
The location of the house was perfect for star gazing. However, due to the position of the home in relation to the sun, we found the house very warm, even with the shades drawn. But we must be fair and state that our stay was full of sunshiny days. Nevertheless, we would stay again.

We LOVED staying in the Kintzle home, and I do mean home. Everything was so clean, inviting, comfortable and gorgeous. Loved the layout, lots of space and privacy for everyone.
The views were amazing, and we didn't have to go very high up the mountain to get to the house. Also, the locations was exceptionally quiet.
Will definitely stay here again. Memorable vacation. |

Kintzle Home Review |

Our initial impression; Absolutely the cleanest property we've ever rented. The
crew that cleans this home is professional and doesn't miss a spot, this is a
wonderful beginning to a vacation stay. From the deck we viewed a family of
coyotes (the den was nearby with 7 pups), a cinnamon phase black bear,
two bull elk, and a number of birding opportunities. (PLEASE provide a
hummingbird feeder).
The downside, an unfortunate water line break that had us up all night trying
to isolate and control damage to the property. To that end we succeeded but
were disappointed that some offer wasn't made as a credit or for part of a
future stay. We always treat a home as ours and our concern to control
damage to the property went throughout the night of the line break.
All items normally required for a rental are provided for.
A wonderful home, wonderful area and highly recommended. |

The Kintzle Home was a fantastic getaway for our entire family, and I do mean ENTIRE. Grandma/Grandpa/Aunt/Uncle/Cousin/Wife/2 Kids and myself!! We were very comfortable, had too many local amenities to choose from, and enjoyed walking out of our back door to go hiking in the RMNP! I highly recommend Windcliff, and will definitely stay in the Kintzle again. We've already started planning our next family vacation.

The Kintzle home was perfect for our family gathering. The home was spacious, well-equipped, and had a gorgeous view. We were welcomed at the Windcliff office and given a packet of information and plenty of keys for our large group. The town of Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park are easily accessible and provide entertainment from shopping and dining to hiking.
We plan on making this a yearly tradition. |

QUIT SIMPLY, WE LOVED OUR STAY AT THE KINTZLE HOME. THERE WAS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR EVERYONE. THE VIEW WAS BREATHTAKING. THE WINDCLIFF STAFF WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH.

We have visited Estes Park several times. This was the first time we rented a home. It was well worth the money. The location of the vacation rental was perfect. Away from the crowds but close enough and easy access to town.
I would highly recommend this property. We now choose vacation rental homes when we go on vacation instead of hotels. It was very convenient. |

We cannot say enough good things about Windcliff, Windcliff Properties and The Kintzle residence.
We'll try not to waste too much space here rehashing the obvious except to say the views from ALL Windcliff properties simply cannot be overstated.
Knowing there would be a chance for snowy weather, we opted for Kintzle because it is lower on the Windcliff mountain and we were limited to 2WD vehicles. We were concerned the view would be less than the upper properties BUT we could not have been more wrong. After visiting the upper properties, we would even argue that the view from the lower Windcliff properties may be just as good or better - especially when you consider the vertical perspective - the Continental Divide seems even grander from lower but you still see almost everything the upper mountain properties see. There are NO view limitations from Kintzle.
The home itself could not have been more comfortable to us. It was like we ourselves had designed and decorated it. Incredible. Dr. & Mrs. Kintzle have done a fabulous job. There is no opulence but everything is quality, functional, and beautiful. Everything was well serviced and sparkling clean. Appliances and electronics were plentiful and fully functional. Even the internet connection was flawless.
The house lays out nicely for two families sharing a single home.
The deck serves as the car port and two vehicles park nicely underneath for complete protection from snow/rain. The driveway is huge and permits any vehicle to turn around.
It did snow halfway through our week and the roads and Kintzle driveways were cleared nearly immediately by Windcliff's plows. First class. Very passable - probably even if we were higher on the mountain.
Ingress and Egress (coming and going - specifically to RMNP and town) is much more convenient from the Kintzle's location on the Windcliff Mountain. Another plus.
WHEN we return (we will). There is no doubt we are staying at Kintzle again. We can't wait. |

We spent a wonderful week staying in Kintzle. The views of the Rockies from the deck are incredible. The house has been meticulously maintained, is very comfortable and has all the amenities. The office staff at Windcliff was very helpful answering the many questions we had about things to do in the area and helped may our stay there very pleasant.
The only recommendation we would have is to plant a few more pine trees around Kintzle so as to make it a little more private...but don't block the view!! Other than that, everything was great!!

| This was the second time we have stayed here, the house is absolutely great! The service from Windcliff is great also, they are concerned with your stay and make sure that everything is taken care of. Our family had a great time, the views from this house are great. |
