The booking and check-in process is run efficiently. The home itself is well maintained and clean. Everything is in working order except the clothes dryer which didn't seem to be working well. Showers were nice and the beds very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that it even had the little shampoos and lotions in the bathrooms that you would find in a hotel room as well as hair dryers! The upper deck is adequetely sized and has beautiful mountain views, which are also enjoyed by the numerous windows in the main living room. We advise bringing (or purchase back in town) extra sets of home essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags as there is just one in place plus one extra provided. When you stay for five days or more, especially with more than about 4-6 people total, those supplies will run out rather quickly. The home overall has a very warm "home away from home" feeling and we recommend it to families who are looking for a comfortable and inviting mountain stay, both indoors and out!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Salmans for 3 nights in October. The house was a bit large for the two of us and was a bit creepy after dark, but by the last night we were used to it. The staff was so accommodating to our needs. It snowed one night we were there a bit, but the little snow/ice on the road was plowed away by morning. The views from the balcony of the Salman's home were incredible. The house was spotless, beautifully appointed and just perfect. We were not expecting the "extras" like shampoos, soaps, etc, and will pack lighter next time. I would recommend this house to anyone. Two master suites, two smaller bedrooms and four bathrooms make it perfect for family vacations. Just minutes from downtown Estes Park in one direction and the Rocky Mountain National Park in the other. The crowning touch were the 50 elk in the backyard. We will definitely be back. More...

First- the management staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. CHeckin and checkout was a breeze due the efficient staff. The home, Salmans, was very nice. It was like staying in our own home. Everything we needed was at hand. The home was clean & very nicely decorated. The location of WIndcliff is one of the main reason we have stayed on several of the properties over the years. Breath taking views of the mountains, privacy and quiet days and nights. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. Once we found Windcliff we have never stayed anywhere else. More...
