| Pochelski was a fabulous property. Everything was provided for us. The ONLY thing (and extremely small thing to boot) was the cookware was old. I am used to high quality cookware, so the cookware provided was a challenge. I also don't use gas at home and this property has a gas stove and oven which also provided a challenge. Like I said, these are SMALL things. Not even a complaint. I would stay here again at the drop of a hat! |

| The layout of the home and its amenities are fantastic! However, the home was so dry that we had constant mild headaches and I had some nose bleeds. The other thing was the beds, we like a firm bed, but wow, were they hard, at least to us. Needless to say, we didn't sleep very well. We love staying with Windcliff, but we doubt we will stay in this home again. |

Wonderful modern home - excellent accommodations for a family |

Windcliff is one of our favotire destinations in the Rockies. As previous owners on the mountain, we have always valued the friendliness of the staff and their careful attention to detail. This was our first rental since selling our condo at Windcliff in August. We were not disappointed.
My wife and I stayed at Pochelski to determine if the accommodations would be appropriate for our family (6 adults + one grandchild) next summer. The home is spacious, clean, nicely appointed and very well maintained. We particularly liked the expansive windows in the great room. The mountain views are truly outstanding! We had what seemed to be our own private herd of elk nearby to make us feel a part of nature. Also of note were the numerous lights carefully placed throughout the home to make reading a book easy from a comfortable chair or recliner. The wood and tile accents on the main level create a bold, fresh and colorful appeal.
The most puzzling thing about this home was the smell of chemicals from the indoor hot tub. Once we opened the windows, the odor disappeared. This is likely to be more of an issue in the fall and winter when the windows of the home are more liley to be closed. There is no door to the hot tub room to close it off.
We would also have preferred more up-to-date pots and pans in the kitchen as many of the ones in the cabinets are definitely showing their age. Though the TV in the great room is HD, the signal to the set is not.
We will certainly strongly consider Pochelski for a future stay with our family and believe other families would find it both spacious and comfortable. Enjoy! |

| Windcliff Properties employees were pleasant and helpful. A quick in and out. The home is large, comfortable, well-appointed. The fireplace came in handy, considering some snow and falling temperatures. The view of the Front Range is spectacular and inviting. Hallett's Peak looks awesome. The location -- near to RMNP entrance and near enough to Estes Park village and to good restaurants and yet far enough from clutter -- is a plus. Elk paid a visit. I'll stay again. Only thing I could possibly call a negative: hairpin turn into driveway sort of scary. |

great home and the view was terrific. The driveway
is quite a challenge for a full size SUV. The weather was terrific, elk buggling in the park, and some color change in the aspens.
We would stay at Pochelski again. |

| The Pochelski house is expensive, but worth the money as it is just a fabulous house for entertaining and family time together. With its huge deck and perfect lay out, we couldn't ask for a better vacation home when we come to Estes. This was the second time for us to stay there and we hope to stay there many more years in the future. |

The home is clean, contemporary, spacious and well equipped. Exceptional view and very close to RMNP access. Estes park downtown is no more than 15 minutes by car. The layout was ideal for traveling with two teens as they could have their space on the lower floor and parents in the upper floor master. Downstairs spa was great after hiking. The location is very peaceful. With the exception of an occasional vehicle you hear nothing but weather and birds.
Service from the Windcliff property managers was superior. I often rent homes when traveling and they were as organized, friendly and helpful as I have encountered.
If you are a nervous driver or have a large vehicle with poor turning radius you may find the driveway tricky. Would like owners to consider exterior coded key pad for the garage doors.
Would definitely return to this property. When with a family, unless you need hotel amenities, this is a far nicer option than two rooms at the Stanley. |

We stayed at this home for seven days and loved every minute of it. The location and veiws are excellent and it is very quiet at this home.
The home has everything that you would need, we were able to prepare all of our meals for our large family with no problems at all. The layout is quite nice and allows for ample separation between the adults and children while providing good together space.
We will be coming back. |

| The Polchelski House is a beautiful home both inside and out. It is very comfortable and tastefully decorated-- a real home away from home! While we enjoy staying in to scrapbook and get our creative projects done, we can still enjoy the mountains by looking out the picturesque windows. We were visited by deer on Sunday morning which was a real treat as they came right up to the windows for us to peek at them. A few notes to potential renters though-- bring your own ziploc bags, saran wrap and be sure to have 4-wheel drive as we got stuck trying to get up the driveway after a hefty snow on Firday into Saturday once we were leaving on Sunday! Despite this, we highly recommend this house! |

| This was a really nice house. Great layout, and the views were spectacular!! We liked the floor plan so much we took various aspects of it and are now building a mountain house in NC. We would definitely stay there again. Lots of elk on the drive up to the house as well. Close to a couple of good restaurants and a really neat little wine bar - we actually have ordered the wine since. |

Very nice home with a wonderful view! Great furnishings and well stocked. Only concern was the narrow and switchbacked road from the highway to the house-I would not want to drive it with snow on the road. Also, needs a new charcoal grill.
Overall, a great home in a great location! |

Manager Response: December 13, 2008 |
| Thank you for your comments on the Pochelski home. If you stay with us in the winter you will discover that our neighborhood roads are well snowplowed in the winter and safe to drive on. We do recommend, however, that our winter guests have a 4-wheel or all-wheel vehicle in case of heavy snowfalls. |

| Windcliff is a wonderful neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Rockies. The Pochelski home that we stayed in was so nice that instead of eating out, we bought groceries to eat in each night. With the cozy fireplace and the spacious deck, there was no reason to leave. We can't wait to come back. |
