the bargain view of the South Range
I stayed at the Pollak home for five days. It was a delicious experience. The decor is a bit dated, but everything was clean and convenient. The kitchen was well stocked, with all manner of cooking implements, spices, etc. The bed in the master was hugely comfortable. The porches were capacious. The stay was trouble free, save for a problem with the internet wireless that was quickly fixed with a phone call to the Windcliff staff.
I doubt this is the ultimate Windcliff rental property. It has but two bedrooms. It is an older structure. You'll have an upstairs neighbor. But I'm pretty certain that the glorious range of mountains to the west is exactly the same one you see from the newer properties, except that the view comes at a decidedly lower price.
The place appealed to me right away, and grew on me each day. I would not hesitate to return. More...

Amazing Mountain Views
My husband and I recently completed a one week vacation in the Pollak duplex home. Like the other two stays at a Windcliff rental property, this stay was no different. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The peace and solitude of the home and surroundings along with the mountain views were amazing. The home was most comfortable and was equipped with all the amenities we desired. The staff at Windcliff couldn't have been nicer. We will definitely consider another stay in the future.

Confortable Pollak
My wife and I found Pollak to be a very comfortable vacation home. In fact we had stayed there once before for 2 weeks. The view is spectacular and the house is very artfully decorated. The house had everything one needed for a pleasant stay. We were visited on several occasions by a family of deer which added to our enjoyment.
Unfortunately, during our 2nd stay there was one negative aspect. Directly across from the Pollak's house, a big new house was in the process of being built resulting in two weeks of construction noises. Some of our privacy and quiet enjoyment was taken away. Also the panoramic view was diminished by the new structure. More...
