| This was a very beautiful home to stay in. The views from both balconies were gorgeous and we enjoyed our meals outside the entire time we stayed there. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! |

A reunion of grade school/high school friends - the Schroeder home at
Windcliff couldn't have been better. Close-in proximity to town attractions,
and to Rocky Mountain National Park, made it so convenient. Wildlife
surrounded us (a deer popped up its head outside the "game room" window
our first morning) - elk and hummingbirds a common sight - what more could
city girls ask for?
Everything in the house was perfect: views, plenty of room to cook, converse,
or have some private time. We loved every minute, and the staff at Windcliff
was wonderful, too. Thank you for a wonderful trip! |

| Our stay was wonderful. The house has a beautiful view. Two decks. Tons of sleeping space. Plenty of space for friends and family. A great laundry room and wonderful kitchen. The master bedroom was like staying at a hotel and spa. The bathroom was fabulous! Thanks for a wonderful stay. Would love to come back any time! |

Great Home, Great experience |

| We have been to Estes Park 4 times in the last 2 years and this is the first time we have rented a home for our visit. What a great experience! We came to Estes Park and invited our family as a reunion for my wife's birthday. We decided to rent a home so that we would have a place that we could all sit and talk in the evening. The home was fantastic. Lot's of room for our family, top notch all the way. We really enjoyed the view and the way the home was decorated. The Windcliff staff was great and made our stay great! We definitely will come back. I highly recommend Windcliff to anyone planning a trip to Estes Park. |

I stayed with my family and the in-laws in this house for a long weekend gettaway. It's a great place with nice deck, beautiful view, BBQ, pool table, plenty of spacious bedrooms and nicely appointed living room. I would have expected perhaps one or two additional comfy chairs or extra couch in the living room, given the number of people this place sleeps, but it wasn't a biggie because we were mostly outdoors anyways. It's a bit of a drive up to the property, but it's well worth it! Some of my family members thought there were a few too many dead animals mounted throughout the house. I thought it added to the whole atmosphere of the place.
I've stayed at 3 different properties at the Windcliff sofar and think you can't really go wrong there anyway, given how close it is to the park, the awesome views and the spacious houses.

| I had rented another property at Windcliff a few times prior to renting this one. What attracted me to this home was the amenities it had to offer like the saunna and pool table. I didn't like all the animal busts displayed throughout the home. Everything else was great. |

The cabin was fantastic. Lots of room for large groups. Loved the kitchen. The view from the living room and the balconies was breath-taking. Only wish the weather had been cooler/cold so we could have used the fireplace.

| This home is perfect for our large girls gatherings. Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and large areas for great conversation. The views are spectacular and the house is within a few feet of walking trails in the national park. The property is also very well maintained, beds are fantastic, and the family rooms are well stocked with activities. |

Fun weekend with a few minor issues |
Reviewed by: Scrapbooking Retreat from Colorado Springs, CO

We have done several scrapbooking retreats in the Schroeder home. It is a wonderful home with an amazing view!
We had some issues this time. The power kept going out the first night we were there, but the whole Windcliff area was affected, it wasn't the "homes" fault. There was an issue with the heat as well. We were freezing the first day and a half in this home. Part of this was due to the elecrical system being set too low to have enough ampage to support heating the whole house with any lights on. The other problem with the heating was it was not turned up early enough prior to our arrival.
The heating issue is something that can be taken care of by staff at Windcliff and I am sure they have fixed it by now.
We love having our retreats at Windcliff and hope to return soon. |

| Thank you for your review. We did have a problem with the house heat which was addressed during the guest's stay (we were paged and responded promptly) and should not recur. |
