Loved the Surf Song Resort, had some issues with our room, the view from our deck, the balcony wasn't very private, no dishwasher.

OUR CONDO WAS SURFSONG 335.
WE STAYED FOR 3 NIGHTS. WE WAS JUST DRIVING BY AND LIKED THE LOCATION.
THE CONDO WAS FINE FOR OUR LENGHT OF STAY. THE VIEW OF THE OCEAN WAS JUST OK BECAUSE OF THE BUILDING ROOFTOP IN FRONT OF US.
WHAT REALLY NEEDS UPDATED IS THE BATH. THE VANITY IS OLD AND DISCUSTING. AND THE TUB AND SHOWER FIXTURES ARE WAY OUT OF DATE. THE COUCH NEEDS TO BE REPLACED TOO. OLD AND UNCOMFORTABLE.
OTHER THAN THAT WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN BUT NOT IN THIS UNIT BECAUSE OF THE VIEW AND THE OLDNESS OF THE CONDO.
WE REDO HOUSE HERE IN OHIO AND IT WOULD NOT TAKE MUCH TO UPDATE THIS CONDO.

Fabulous family owned and very friendly, We didn't even rent a car..Across the street is everything from Restaurants to all the shopping at your fingertips.
The no saving lounges with towels is not enforced so you do have to get up really early to get a spot. We were there over the Christmas and New Year Holiday and the weather was fantastic....

These rental properties are in a great location with reasonable prices. During economic times like this, what more could you ask for! Room was as described and pictured, clean, and accomodating. No maid service, so if you have messy kids, keep them in check. Overall, we had a great experience here and recommend it to others. More...

This room was clean and nice. I wished the kitchen was a little bigger with a few more amenities - next time I will go for a bigger room. We were there for the hurricane threat so it put a "damper" on things. We were with a group of family and friends and since they were all basically around the pool area, I wished we were coser. Oh, the elevator was broken so we had to climb steps, but we did know that ahead of time.
