We have vacationed in this area of Florida for many years. We have typically always stayed at a much smaller hotel/motel on the beach. This was the first year that we stayed in such a large hotel. The room was fantastic! You could not ask for any nicer. It had all the comforts of home and was beatifully decorated. In fact, the entire property was beautiful, and the little cafe on the second floor was an added bonus.
My only complaint would have to be the pool and beach bar area. The pool was too small for the amount of people in the hotel. It was impossible to find an open chair at the pool. As far as the beach bar goes, you had to walk right through the seating for it to get to the beach. When traveling with children and trying to have a family oriented vacation the last thing you want to do is walk your family through an area where every one is drinking/drunk. I just feel the placement could have been better thought out. So, we began going out very early and spending the day at the beach to avoid the crowd.
Overall, we were very pleased and will probably stay there again. |

| I thought the room was beautiful. Very well kept and well decorated. The beach was awesome. We found so many huge shells. The main issue we had was there was nothing to do around the condo. The stores and resturaunts seemed run down and old. We were bored out of our minds all week. We drove a half hour to get to some outlet stores which were great, but other than that it was boring. |

| Sunset Vistas is a very nice complex on Treasure Island. Compared to any of the other Hotels and Condo Complexes in the area I am sure it was one of the nicest. The condo was very spacious and very nicely appointed. Everything was new and up to date. It looked identical to the pictures I saw online. We found the room to be very clean. The only issues I had with the place was with the beds. They were the smallest Queen sized beds I had ever seen and they were very firm. If I ever decided to visit the St. Pete, Clearwater area and stay at the beach again I would definately consider staying here again. |

| This is a beautiful clean spot. The view was magnificent, and the area is kept clean. The pool was a bit chilly for a couple of days. The beach in this area is real good, not as shelly as some beaches. The entertainment on the week-ends in the tiki hut had a relaxed, sing-along atmosphere. I would definitely stay there again. |
