The Waikoloa Greens are located on luxuriously landscaped grounds fronting the Waikoloa Village golf course. Located along the 2 nd fairway, this turn-key furnished condo is one of the BEST DEALS around. Enjoy the huge swimming pool and whirlpool spa. The barbecue facilities are right next to the condo on a park like setting. All you need are your golf clubs and sunscreen for a great time in the year-round sunshine of Waikoloa. Additionally Waikoloa Greens is within walking distance to a full size grocery store complete with a deli and bakery section, bank, pharmacy, medical facilities and several restaurants.

Street level unit and an end unit conveniently located to enjoy the large grass area on one side, park bench and barbeque facilities. Parking is directly in front of the unit. 2 spacious bedrooms Included is a Cal-King bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds which can be put together to make a king bed and one queen sofa sleeper. This unit will sleep 6 comfortably. 2 full bathrooms. | The condo was great. The view and location were terrific. My only concern was the mustiness of the linens in the closet, but I attribute that to the water or maybe them being in the closet too long? |

| this condo is very nice, close to the supermarket...when we first arrived to pick up our key, they did not know who we were, so we had to go find the unit and call the manager on duty who said the access code was emailed to us..which it was not. later we wanted to use the pool, but couldn't get in...they said there wasn't an access code, but there was. we ended up using another kind resident's code. we also got charged for moving some chairs around the condo...if you move it, you should put it back or they will charge you 50 dollars! condo was nice, but you are pretty much on your own. mgmt has some organizational issues. |

| THese guests did not follow the arrival packet which was sent to them as the condo has a keyless lock. Email receipts were collected from the email delivery to their email address. The pool code is in the binder on the first page. The additional charge was not for the moving of furniture, but was for the added cost for cleaning the condo due to the terrible mess that was left after the guest departure. All bedspreads had to be cleaned as food stains were on them after this guest departed. |

| We enjoyed everything about the property. We enjoyed it being a single story condo. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. The location on the golf was perfect for my son and I. We enjoyed the outdoor BBQ. We hope to use this property in the future. |
