Great !
We think we had the best cabin and area in the resort. The resort is beautiful and the staff is as nice and accomodating as can be. WE rented to cabins and spent Thanksgiving here. Would love to go back. More...

Great Getaway
We had a great stay in Making Memories. The cabin was very clean and had all your home amenities you needed. It was most convenient for my 90yr old MeMa who went with us. No steps to climb a big plus. This was a great family vacation. Would highly recommend Making Memories to anyone looking for a guiet getaway from home. Would definitly stay there again. More...

Very nice vacation home
First, I need to thank you for accommodating us on such short notice, we evacuated to Pigeon Forge for Hurrican Gustav. And you even reduced the cost for us...thanks again.
We did have a few problems with the cabin and I documented them on the survey sheet on our exit. The cabin was not clean. The floors were dirty and so were the baths. We had a baby with us so that is why we commented on this. But I feel if we don't tell you, you can't fix it. Another thing was the dryer took an extremely long time to dry everything. We had to run it at least 3 times to dry a batch of clothes. It really didn't get too hot so maybe it is the thermostat or maybe the vent hose needs to be cleaned out.
Other than that the house was really nice. We were able to have our own rooms and baths and the deck and hot tub was wonderful.
We will be back again.

Relaxing in the Smoky Mountains
With all the stress of today's world, it was really great staying at your resort. This was the third years we've stayed with you. I really appreciated the quiet and peaceful setting of the resort. The grandkids loved the swimming pool. They also enjoyed going into Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with all the different things to do and see. I really enjoyed being able to sit on the porch, rock or just reading my book. Your resort is definitely as one of the top areas for a family vacation. Hope to visit you again in '09 !!!!!!!!
