Guest Reviews for Pineridge Villa-Winwood

Fun for the family
The Pine Ridge property was beautiful. It has plenty of space for a large family. It is not too far from the interstate or the theme parks. The family and I would highly recommend a stay at Pine Ridge. The only problems we had were towels. We have a large family of twelve and did not have enough towels and when we ordered them, they cam the day before we left. The other, their was no mop or broom to clean up after ourselves. Another thing, Not enough cookware. If the house sleeps 12, there should be enough cookware to cook for 12 not 4. Over all, our experiance at the property was wonderful. We plan on coming back next year.

Everything you need and more...
As the head coach of a girls golf team that was playing the State Championship at a nearby golf course, I for the first time in 10 years decided not to stay in a hotel but to try to find a house big enough to accommadate 5 girls and 2 coaches (1 male and 1 female). After looking at several houses online over a month's time, I finally decided on Pineridge because of proximity to the golf course. The house is everything the pictures say it is. The master bedroom was enormous. I probably could have set up 3 queen size air matresses on the floor and another in the closet. The other bedrooms were perfect--all had tv's I believe. The pool table is in an open room right as you come up the stairs and it was very nice--that room also had a tv. There was one bedroom downstairs which worked out perfect for us having one male in the group. The kitchen was plenty big for a lot of people to hang out, talk and to cook. The pool was just like the pictures show. I did pay extra for the water to be heated, but it never really did get warm enough to go in the hot tub-so that was a little bit of a waste of money. But again the outside temp was in the 40's in the AM in October. So not really sure if that is normal or not. The house itself is very nice. Well kept. Clean. Very spacious. Plenty of room for 7 people and more if you double up in the big bed rooms and use the couch. The only negative about the house was that it didn't really come with any extras--but that i mean, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoos or conditioners and absolutely nothing in the frig or freezer. But i guess that might be normal as well. Just thought there might be a couple extras if needed. The management company, fairways, was so easy to deal with. Never a problem getting ahold of anyone before arriving or when registering in person. If you are coming to Orlando for Disney, this house would be just fine. It may take you 5 extra minutes to get to I-4, but it is very easy. For the price, it is worth every dollar. I highly recommend Pineridge! Would definitely go back again if i have the chance. Pineridge is the real deal! Thank you for having us!

Huge House!
It was so convenient to register & checkout. Everything we needed was already there.
We only had a couple of issues, but they were taken care of by the management.
1. The spa & pool. It was not running when we got there & our kids could not wait to dive in. I called but could not get help until the next day. After the tech came out everything was great!
2. The fridge leaked water inside and soaked all the food on the shelves.
The house is huge! We had three families + cousins staying there with lots of room to spare. The kids had a blast, they all had their own tv to watch as well as in the game room/family room/living room. We could not get them to get out of the pool.
Finally a huge house that holds a lot of people with a dining room table that seats lots of people!! It was nice to eat together & not in shifts. Very spacious kitchen with room for 3 of us to be cooking in there & serving our families.
We would return again when we vacation in FL!!
