This two-story home is brightly decorated and has many creative details. If youa™re a Fanniea™s Fan, then youa™re in luck, this little home could be the perfect get-a-way for a fun week at the beach with friends! Located 50 yards to the main beach, right around the corner from pavilion, restaurants, and shopping. Cute and comfortable with many creative details. Full size kitchen downstairs, plus mini breakfast area upstairs with fridge. Large upstairs deck. Parking for two cars. Spiral staircase leading to upstairs (may not be appropriate for children under 5 years). Pet friendly for 1 small dog under 30 lbs. Minimum nights rule for this property: any day 3 night min all year

Great access to the beach |

We had a wonderful time staying in Fannies Beach House. The walk to the beach was very short, just up the alley and across the street. The Pavillion is also a very short walk and we enjoyed spending many nights there enjoying the fabulous weather and "people watching."
Once we found the house (proved to be a bit difficult but not impossible) we found we had a very nice welcome from the rental property as they provided a little welcome basket and some great info on places to visit and eat as well as important info on hospitals, etc if needed.
If I have a chance in the future (fingers crossed) I will definitely use Fannies or another property. It couldn't have been an easier and more enjoyable process.

| Fannies Guest House is well equiped for all of your vacation needs! The house was the perfect place to eat, sleep, change and relax. It was in a great walking location to shops, museums, resteraunts and the beach. Loved sitting on the decks under the beautiful sky listening to the live music from the Fannie's Bar. Hated the extra cars parking in our spaces or blocking our vehicle. |

| We rented the house for our 30th wedding anniversary. We rented it for the grill and when we arrived the grill was not working. Called the rental company and the grill was fixed quickly. Cute little house, could have been cleaner but still very cute and close to everything. |

Three of my friends and I spent a weekend on Tybee. It was wonderful. Fannie's Guest House was an excellent choice. It was convenient, quaint, and
a short walk from the beach. I would highly recommend staying there and would love to come back. It was a great get-away for a girls weekend. We had the time of our life. |
