This sweet little guest cottage is so comfortable and charming you may not want to leave! Private parking for one in gated yard shared part time by owners of the main house. Minimum nights rule for this property: any day 5 night min 5/31-8/15.

| I was very pleased with our stay here. Although the pictures were alittle misleading. I still enjoyed the cottage. Its great for a romantic weekend. It was quiet and peaceful.I will be staying there again in the near future. Its would be great Honeymoon destination for anyone. |

| I hate to even review the cottage, since the secret will be out! This is the best getaway and the perfect location. The cottage is appointed beautifully and has all the comforts of home. A few steps across the drive way and through the dunes to the beach. A very easy walk to all the stores and restaurants on Butler & Tybrisa. I cannot wait to go back!! |

| So frickin? cute! Is what I kept texting my kids. I loved Gull cottage; it was adorable and perfect for myself and my husband. It had everything we needed, the location was convenient and the setting was awesome! I don?t know if there is a better spot on Tybee Island. |

My husband and I chose this little cottage for our honeymoon. I can't imagine anything being more perfect.
The cottage itself is very charming and very comfortable. The staff were careful to be sure we had what we needed. The tub was luxurious. But best of all was just how private this little place is.
It was the most relaxing vacation we've had yet. The fun of being able to "own" your own little stretch of beach, to just wander out to the water from the door, was truly wonderful. Living near the island as we do, you begin to take it for granted. This was a wonderful reminder of just how close paradise can be!
We'd HIGHLY recommend it and hope to go back soon! |

My husband and I stayed at Gull Cottage. We were looking for a relaxing getaway right on the beach. We found it! Gull Cottage is literally two steps from Tybee's back beach, which I prefer over the front beach. It is much less crowded and the water is calm. Bring a beach chair, your bike and a kayak if you have one.
When we return to Tybee, we plan to stay at Gull Cottage again. We felt completely spoiled by the location. Perfect for two! |

| Hi. My husband and I stayed at Gull Cottage for our honeymoon. We were there for 11 days and everyday was great!! TVR has a wonderful staff and they are very quick in responding to your call. They even gave us 2 gift cards for a local restaurant because they had forgotten to give us the gate opener in our packet. They were just a great friendly staff. The Cottage is beautiful. Nice and cozy, a home away from home. Decorations definitely fit the home and the view was spectacular. We sat on the front steps of the main house everyday and watched the tides roll in and out. We also saw dolphins daily sitting on the steps. The Back river fishing pier is right next to the property and it made great viewing. We saw many people catching little sharks, fish, and even saw someone catch a stingray! We loved going shopping on the Tybee Strand. Brought home lots of great souvenirs for ourselves and family. We enjoyed the dolphin tours with Captain Mike, We even did parasailing while on Tybee and that was amazing! I liked that the cottage was well stocked and had a washer and dryer. My favorite part would have to be the view and the beach access we had from our cottage. It was great for walks on the beach and watching the sunsets! I really did not dislike anything, well except for the 1 cockroach we did kill. I hate bugs. lol.. But overall it was a wonderful time and TVR did a great job!!! |

| It was our first time to Tybee the cottage was great it had everything we needed.We loved the easy beach access it was a beautiful view but did not realize that the main house was so close to the cottage a little misleading from the photos but overall we would stay there again. |

As always, Tybee Vacation Rentals was wonderful and this little cottage
was a dream. The location is excellent for a quiet get away without
being too far away and the privacy is exquisite. What a wonderful way
to have a restful, pleasant, extraordinary vacation. The sand is white,
the water is near and the beach is private, and the cottage is adorable
and so special. LOVED IT!

Great cottage - felt at home and enjoyed being right on the beach and close to everything.
We will rent it again for the 2 of us and would also look at other rentals for family and maybe a pet friendly place also.
It was out 1st time to Tybee and we loved it. |

We arrived at the cottage after dark,so the first impression of the property was limited to the inside. I knew just from this that it was all that I expected. Very Charming, better than described on the website.
The next morning is when I discovered exactly how beautiful the surroundings were. I was surprised at how much better it was than I was expecting.
The cottage was very clean,cozy,private,and was in the perfect location to see all that Tybee Island has to offer.
Friends back home were blown away when they saw the beautiful photos I had taken right outside of the front door.
I would most definatly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

We loved staying at Gull Cottage. It was clean, charming and a perfect spot for us. We walked the beaches, rode our bikes, took kayak trips and had the best food on the island - AJ's - just down the street.
The weather was great in May, a little cold for swimming but we managed it anyway.
We would stay again and recommend it to anyone.

| You can't get closer to the beach. We loved being able to walk out the door and be in the sand. House is small but well equipped and comfortable. Recommend it highly for a couple who want the perfect getaway. |

I wanted a place that was near enough to the water that I would not have to put my boat on and off the car every day and this fit the bill. I just had to drag it down a dune and was right at the water! Dragging it back up was not as easy, though.
The little gas grill worked so well - it made me want one like it.
Since the big new house on whose grounds Gull Cottage is located was not occupied by the owner, I could park my car on the driveway instead of in the alley.
The cottage seemed very old and charming. Would go back again. |

We arrived at Tybee Island with great expectations. We arrived at Gull Cottage in anticipation of a wonderful vacation. We booked this property for two weeeks, but unfortunately, we were forced to vacate this property after a week stay. The first day we arrived I called Tybee Island vacation rentals in regard to the wall airconditioning unit not working properly; The lowest temperature was 78 degree's and quite uncomfortable for senior citizens or to be quite frank, for anyone. The third day into our vacation I talked with Tybee island Vacation Rentals Maintenance and the gentlemen said this air conditioner was on a thermostactically control, but did not offer to check it out. We hardly slept for the six days that we were there.
As mentioned above, we contacted Tybee Island Vacation Rentals twice in the first 3 days and no one took the time to venture out to Gull Cottage to check out our problem.
It should be noted that this review is not targeted against the owners of the house, as they expect problems with the home to be address by the Rental Company whom they have hired to rent their premises.
We wasted over two thousand dollars of our hard earned money. We would not recommend renting from Tybee Island Vacation Rentals. |

A small private retreat right next to some great fishing and a fishing pier. Only thing missing were portable beach chairs.
Cute little cottage perfect for two. Plus a washer and dryer.

My fiance and I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing 3 night stay at Gull Cottage in August. We were looking for a quiet, private setting with close proximity to the ocean. We got that and much more.
The privacy was much better than we thought...a few cars, and an occasional fisherman going to the pier was about it.
The river view was absolutely beautiful and barely a minute or 2 away. The ocean was a romantic, peaceful 10 minute walk away, (all riverside beaches).
The cottage itself was very small but cozy. A perfect setting for a honeymoon, re-charge or just to get away.
I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone in search of privacy and intimacy.
We are going back!
