Silver Seas is a lovely condominium built in 2007, located just yards from the south beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier and more. This unit is comfortably furnished and has all modern amenities. The open floor plan is perfect for families. The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The balcony has a slight glimpse of the nearby beach. The master bedroom has a king bed and the master bath has a whirlpool garden tub. The first guest room has a queen size bed. The second guest bedroom has a bunk bed, with a full size bottom mattress and an upper twin. Reserved parking for 2 cars (large SUVs and over-sized trucks may not fit in garage). Handicap friendly (elevator in building - not ADA compliant).

Fall Break retreat
I wanted to get away for my Fall break, and decided to share it with my family. I looked into hotels, but realized it made much more since to rent a condo to fit our accomodations. I lucked up on the Silver Seas 301.It was very spacious,clean and accomodated all of our needs. The beach was a short walk away, and we felt right at home. Even though the weather was rainy, any rainy day beats a sunny day at work. I am so thankful for TVR, they made it easy and were very helpful with directions as well as accomodating my family with an earlier check in. Great Location Close To Beach
I have stayed at two different condos at the Silver Seas. I have been very satisfied with the experience both times. Most of the attractions are within walking distance so driving is kept to a minimum. The condos are well equipped and kept very clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Arghh!!! Pirate Fest '08
I was extremely pleased with the accomidations at the Siver Seas. It was minutes from the beach and the festivities(Pirate Fest'08). The kitchen was just the right size for cooking, a dinning room table that seats 8, the Master bath was lovely. We espesially enjoyed teh covered front with a little lawn furnature being able to sit outside with out getting rained on. When we return next year this is where we will be staying. More...
