Gorgeous views, very clean and well maintained.
Adam's Vista turned out to be a great last minute decision. We stayed for 2 days. On the day of our arrival the fog had blown in and you couldn't see past the deck railing, so we jumped in the hot tub and spent hours outside enjoying the mist and relaxing in the tub. The beds were comfy as well and everything was clean and well taken care of. We didn't spend much time in the cabin but what we did do, it was fun and relaxing. A great choice!

Well went dry
Adam's Vista is wonderful, but for the second time in two year's stays the well went out and we had no water. Last year it was fixed in a day and was little inconvenience. But this year it happened late on a Saturday afternoon. Jenkins Rentals promptly sent out a plumber but he couldn't fix the well. The well people were off until Monday. Jenkins moved us into a condo in town -- no view and up six flights with all the gear and food for four adults (two in their 60s) and a -month-old baby. We checked out a day early and asked for a refund for two nights. We got a refund for one night. More...

comfortable with awesome views
The upper part of Adam's Vista was very comfortable. There was a short, but exciting, incident when a chipmunk found its way into the house one early morning. But, aftr a couple of hours, it finally found its way back out through the fireplace (we think). Jenkins quickly sent a person to check things out including the fireplace and screens.Chipmunk never returned. The view is great, the house is clean, and the Jenkins staff was very helpful. Would be nice to have the deck covered for the sunny/rainy days. There was a dog roaming around without collar/leash during part of the week, but he seemed harmless. Blowing Rock farmer's market on Thurs. was very nice with lots of local produce, products, and flowers. Enjoy walking/hiking at Moses Cone Park.
