We love Florida, and Summerspell met our needs adequately for most of us. We were on the 3rd floor which had a view, but most everyone else was on the 1st floor by the pool. I didn't think our apartment was as nice as some on the first floor, but we did enjoy it. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable so we purchased a mattress type thing to put on it and slept at the other end so the bar wasn't so bad. The bed in the bedroom was fine. We had a great time except for the sofa bed.

we had a great stay , the service we received was excellent and the apartment was nice. We enjoyed the pool and the great location so close to the beach. It is our second time to stay at Summerspell and we hope it will not be our last!

People..That is the key! I have lived in Destin and stayed numerous times for vacation there since moving away. While the condo was just what I expected it to be, the biggest difference I see with Beach Bum Rentals is the people!

When we first arrived, due to my fault, the condo we reserved was too small. After contacting Beach Bum Rentals after hours to see if there was anything that could be done to secure a bigger condo, I was pleased to find the employees so helpful and understanding. They did everything above and beyond to help. They moved us to a bigger condo and our stay was perfect!

The key again, tthe people!!
