My family and I traveled to Destin to have a sort of a family reunion. We had agreat time. the service we received was great. Everybody was very friendly which made me feel more comfortable. The home we rented was great, tons of room and a great view of the pool and beach. I loved the kitchen. My family was able to save a lot of money buying and cooking our on food. The location was even better being directly across the street from the beach. Cross the street and there it is, white sand and clear blue water. I had a great time and the thing i enjoyed the most was that my family and I was able to get all our rooms close by and have a great family vacation.

Our family of 5 stayed at Summerspell and to this day we still talk about what a great vacation we had there in Florida.
We have been to Florida several times and our whole family agree that the stay we had at Summerspell was the best! From the beach right across the street to the great resurants and close shopping there was something for everyone. Go on the Nathaniel Bowditch too!
We hope to visit again soon!

Construction right next to property!!! Not fun to listen to that!! Had to switch to another property and pay 100.00 extra dollars!!!

We prefer a unit with washer and dryer collections in the room, but we knew that the unit did not have connections before we rented.
It rained while we were there and the gravel in the driveway is not level so there were deep puddles that were difficult to maneuver around when trying to get out of the car. The standing water was maybe 5 inches deep. Because the drive is gravel, there are no stripes, so people parked where those chose taking up more than one spot and making it difficult to find parking. One couple (who may own their unit) had 2-3 large dogs that barked, and the couple walked the dogs on the property. Not enough towels for two people and a 5-6 day stay. More...
