The spacious kitchen features top of the line appliances, custom cabinets and environmentally-friendly Terrazzo counter tops and bar stool for 4. The living room has a large flat screen TV and a rounded window opening up to the Atlantic and the beautifully landscaped back yard and a door to the porch area. The dining room is open to the living room and kitchen seating 8.The first bedroom is off the entry with a queen bed, TV and private bath. The second bedroom is a master suite featuring a king bed, large flat screen TV, fabulous ocean views and a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The other 3 bedrooms all have an ocean view and private baths. The 2nd floor living room has a flat screen TV, DVD, stereo and a kitchenette with refrigerator and dishwasher. The first bedroom on this floor has twin bedsTV, DVD with a tub/shower combination. The next bedroom has a queen bed, TV, DVD and bath with standing shower only. The 2nd floor master suite has a king bed, flat screen TV, DVD, large private bath with walk in shower and separate soaking tub. The upstairs sunning balcony is completely private, as all of the neighbors are situated further back from the beach! The pool area is located at the back of the house. The back deck has a table for 6 and a top of the line propane grill. The pool area is surrounded by 6 lounge chairs and fantastic views of the Atlantic. This fabulous, brand new home is the perfect retreat for a summer getaway! *Pool can be heated for an additional cost. High speed wireless internet is included in the price of the house.

A magnificient home with breath taking views of the ocean from every room. Luxury furnishings, yet a "home like" feel and atmosphere.
The perfect home for a large family! Close to the many attractions Hilton Head has to offer.
We have vacationed in Hilton Head for over 15 years and this home is our favorite by far.
