The Nickas house was perfect for our extended beach weekend. Litchfield Realty was extremely accommodating from allowing a later check out to making a last minute request for an extra night (at the first of the stay). Their office was easy to find, the keys easy to obtain and return. The short walk across the street to the beach was perfect—my 4-year old and 2-year old were able to make it on their own several times a day. The floor plan of the house accommodated two families very nicely—there are essentially two "suites" with two bedrooms and a bathroom on either side of the common area. The kitchen was amply supplied (in terms of dishes, pans, utensils).

My family stayed here for several years in a row more than a decade ago. We decided to return but I have to admit I was a bit concerned whether it would be as good as we all remembered. IT WAS EVEN BETTER! The house was very well maintained and there were many upgrades and improvements. We love the screened in porch that we remembered and the new sunroom that had been added on to the back. The kitchen is fully equipped and we ended up staying home most nights and cooking a family dinner. We all loved being just across from the ocean and spent lots of time on the beautiful beach. A great place to spend time with your family. The walk to the baeach isn't that far, plus the front porch allows you the opportunity to hear the ocean as you relax. Really a nice place to stay on vacation. My family were there last year and will be there again this year. More...
