This vacation home was not what was promised to us. We had problems right from the start. When we entered the home the alarm sounded for an hour until we finally got a hold of the management company along with the police. There are too many things that were bad to list..from the alarm problem to my son stepping on glass in a bedroom and cutting his foot (this house was not cleaned before we got there). All of the problems are the fault of the management company and if the owner of this house wants more details I would gladly talk to you. If the people in charge at the office cared as much as the general employees did we would have had a better time. I did not expect to spend so much of my vacation trying to get things fixed or simply cleaned. I will never rent from someone who gives us a house on a Friday but cannot be reached for anything until Monday. Our problems were valid and ignored for the entire weekend. By which time we had cleaned the house ourselves just to make it liveable. Horrible experience!! Truly there were so many problems I wish I could give every detail but I spent my vacation trying to get things fixed that now I am trying to move on from this. My family decided to do something different for Thanksgiving we wanted everyone to be in one location and not in different hotel rooms. This was best idea every my father have not had all his adult children staying overnight in the same house in years. We had the best time it was an absoultely perfect weekend. We had room to spread out and enjoy ourselves with many things to do. My cousins were next door with their siblings we had such a great time we plan to do it again as an annual reunion. We rented this home while in Florida for a national convention. It worked out extremely well for our business purposes as an alternative to using the hotel. Each person had their own bed/bath and the dining room ended up being used as a computer center to contact each of our home offices. Being able to meet in the morning and review our plans for the day was much easier than trying to get together at the hotel. And at the end of the day, we were able to relax by our private pool and review the days events and conversations in a very casual atmosphere.
