Neighbors above had kids and they were running around making lots of noise even during quiet hours.
The second bedroom was too small for two adults. |

| We loved our stay. The place was perfect - clean, and exactly what it portrayed on the website (extra added goodies life sand toys and boogie boards in the closet too). The pool and bbq area was very nice, the condos were very clean. We have already recommended to other friends and they loved their stay also. |

We very much enjoyed our rental and can recommend without hesitation.
POSITIVES: The condo is well located (within the resort), furnished, and maintained. Everything was as represented on the website. The golf privileges worked well despite the fact we forgot to give them 7-days notice; the folks there were very nice. Weather-wise, the resort is definitely on the right side of the island; we could see it raining on the east-side all week long, but we only had drizzle one day. No mosquitos!
NEGATIVES: If you are arriving after dark, bring a flashlight. Because of poor lighting, we had lot of trouble finding the right building and entering the codes to both the gate and the condo door. The resort has a lot to offer, but is isolated - at least 20-minutes from town. Depending on your point of view, this could be good or bad; you'll want a rental car. Golf courses are well maintained and run, but not terribly challenging, i.e., a "resort" course. |

| This condo was wonderful! We stayed here for four days with our two sons (3 and 7) while spending time on the west side of the island. It is a great location for a family - super close to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc. Our kids really enjoyed the pool area and the condo itself was clean and very spacious for us. Quiet building and the grounds are pretty, plus the parking is really convenient too. The only thing I would change (or suggest) would be to add a DVD player in the 2nd bedroom. Since I knew our kids would be waking up really early the first few days (because of the time change) I had brought DVD's for them to watch in their room. The other TV's had dvd players, but the 2nd bedroom only had a VHS. That's a small issue though - otherwise I would totally recommend! |

Best Location; Modern and Clean |

The Good: Location is amazing as you can easily walk to the adjacent shops yet it's a peaceful oasis. This property in particular is very clean and modern. View is wonderful and close to the pool. Pleasant surprise to find some extra's in the bedroom closet -- boogie boards, beach toys.
Tiny Concern: Pool restrictions are too strict. For example, no pool toys is a rule in the renter guide. I saw a few people bend the rules but the property manager eventually reminded of the rules. |

| Very nice, well furnished, very spacious and clean. Beautiful lanai overlooking the pool. Only one problem, which is why I did not give the highly recommended rating, the people upstairs, when we were there were very noisey. Sounded like they were jumping up and down in wood shoes from early in the morning. I read similar comments in the guest book. I'm not sure if those people permanently live there or not. Otherwise, this is a very beautiful place to vacation. |
