We stayed 10 days at Kolea #15B in Waikoloa. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The beach was just a short walk and the pool area was relaxing and beautiful as well. We enjoyed the close proximity to the Kings/Queens shops and restaurants. It was a very quiet and peaceful environment. We would definitely stay there again!

This was our second time staying at Kolea. Once again the condo itself was great. In perfect condition, with all the modern amenities and lovely furnishings. The master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. I liked being in a "B" unit because there were side windows. The one downside with this particular unit is that the side windows looked onto the Mariott's parking lot and the road leading into Kolea. But we did also have views of the water from our lanai. Overall, these are really great condos. Abbey Vacation rentals made the whole process very easy. I would highly recommend Kolea and Abbey Vacation Rentals! More...

Having rented 2 condos at Kolea, both were amazing. 15B had a nice ocean view of A-Bay and was very cool from the trade winds, which helped keep a/c use to a minimum. The unit had a well stocked kitchen and lovely BBQ on the patio. Being a corner unit, it was light and bright, which contributed to the indoor/outdoor living feel when the pocket doors were open (which was most of the time). The pool was lovely. More...

I found this condo through the travel
book Hawaii Revealed. This is the first
condo I have rented. I wanted to move in
permanently the moment I first toured
the place. It was just great. The close proximity to the ocean and beach on "A" Bay
was a big reason I chose Kolea. The condo itself was very spacious, inviting, and comfortable. We were all very pleased. The
only thing we all would have liked more is if the pool area would have been open a little later than 10 pm. Perhaps 11 or 12 pm. If I ever make it back to the Big Island
I will definitely be back to Kolea. I'm glad for the opportunity to stay there.

We enjoyed the Kolea condos very much. We loved the short walk to the pool, the great kieki pool and the beach. The condo was great. It is expertly decorated with high end appliances and furniture. The sliding doors to the Lanai were a huge bonus. We enjoyed the comfort of the family room while still feeling like we were sitting outside. The little extras were great like the kick boards and ice chest for the beach. The location was very central. We walked to the great luau at the Marriott and the shops and market. We met many other children to play with at the pool and ocean. The bay was perfect for our young children and great snorkeling too. We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation. More...
