The apartment is beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped for a family of four. The location is great with 5-10 minutes walking distance to the beach and 10-15 minutes walking distance to shopping center. You can see the pool and the ocean from the porch. The air condition unit is a little noisy but it never really bothered us. The assigned parking spot was a little difficult to find in the darkness as it is not in front of the complex but one of us was searching for it on foot and it wasn't a problem at all. We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely come back!!! More...

I bumped into the glass next to the door that gives way to the
terrace....I nearly fainted and had a painful bump on my head for 10
days.... My oldest child 15 years old almost experienced the same...
maybe you should bring a strip to the window to remind jetlagged people
that there is a window...? We brought our own towels..... there were
many in the condo, great but if we had known we could have saved a lot
of space in the luggage. The gate at the entrance almost never
worked.... but the reaction time on the phone was fast. The water closet
in the main bathroom was hard to flush... you had to push for 1 minute.
Okay, don't panick... this is the european way to give comments... but
we truly loved your condo! It is so tasteful and well maintained. You
really did a good job. We are Belgians and owners of a holiday house in
Southern France which we also rent. We fully understand your concerns
and we were very grateful that you wanted to share the condo with us.
Good luck with your renters.. keep it clean and the renters will

PS: we did not use the airconditioning bc we did not
need too and we do not like it but we noticed that it was far too
loud.... I think you've got a problem there

We were pleasently surprised how beautiful the condo was at C305. The condo was more then we thought it would be. It was tastefully decorated and was fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay at Vista Waikoloa wonderful. The grounds were landscaped with beautiful flowers and foliage. We would return to this condo and would recommend it everyone.

The Vista was simply great. The condo was very roomy. We could walk to everything. The washer and dryer are a definite plus. Didn't think we'd need them but we did.

Just about everything we needed was provided. The only thing that was missing was a cooler to take with us on day trips.
