| My friends and I greatly enjoyed the condo and all the amenities of the complex. It was very clean and very well furnished. The patio was beautiful with a nice view. I would rent from Abbey Vacation Rental again. |

This property is the best, we had everything we needed in the condo, the staff was great. The condo was clean and in great condition. The location couldn't have been better, we had an ocean view. Also within walking distance of about everything, from the beach at A-bay, to the King Shops.
We have always before stayed down in Kona before, which we loved. But chosing Waikoloa this time was prefect. |

| This is an outstanding complex, but we recommend staying on the golf course site (the road side was surprisingly loud on this trip, though we didn't have a problem with noise on our last trip). We also recommend the owner add some amenities to this condo (which were present at the last one): Ice chest, boogie boards, beach toys, large plastic cups (to take beverages down to the pool), etc. That makes the trip so much nicer, and makes us want to return to that unit. We LOVE this condo complex for its beautiful landscaping and quiet pool & hot tubs. |

| Four of us had a wonderful stay here in Waikoloa - we always come back to the condos here. The location is great for hiking and snorkeling, and in the evening if you don't want to cook you can walk to any number of restaurants. The kitchen was very well equipped and we ate out on the lanai several evenings. We always started the morning on the lanai with local papaya and kona coffee. The bedrooms were wonderful - and large bathrooms. I don't think we could have asked for more. We will definitely stay here again. |

| We really liked this condo - it was a great size for two couples with more space than we could have expected. The large lani had a great view of the mountain and the ocean with wonderful sunsets. The pool at the complex was also very nice. If anyone is turned off by not being right on the ocean - don't be. You could walk down the well lit sidewalk to the Mariott beach access and shopping is available at the King Shops. Abbey vacations made this rental experience very easy providing directions, codes for entry and contact names if we would have needed any assistance during our stay. |
