| This was our first trip to Hawaii so having our beautiful condo was just a bonus! I do think that having more sheets and pillowcases would have helped which is a minor detail. Otherwise we would definitely stay again. |

The service was outstanding from all the staff at Abbey Vacation Rentals. They were attentive,immediate turn around time with all communications.The condo at Fairway villas far exceeded our expectations.
It was very clean and very quiet.The location was exceptional,everything was in walking an distance,beach,shopping etc.
What was most important to us was a clean,quiet surrounding. What we liked the least was the time of check out. Our flight was not until 9PM at night and check out was at 11am. I paid for another day at the condo. Maybe it should have been prorated. Thank-you for a wonderful vacation on the big island!!! |

| Enjoyed this wonderful condo for our family holiday. Appreciated that the condo was well stocked with everything. Great location and the view from the lanai was great as well. Our granddaughters 4 & 6 really enjoyed their "private romm" in the loft. A very well kept home. |

| My wife, two adult sons and I spent an all-too-brief, four-night stay at this beautifully-decorated, two-bedroom (plus loft) condo in September, and could not have been more thrilled. The view from our lanai on the top (third) floor of the building, which backs onto the ninth fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, in superb, and property's location (just a 10-minute walk to "A" Bay and only a 3-minute stroll to the complex's spectacular "inifinity" pool) is excellent. Each building has an elevator (for those who don't want or need the exercise) and check-in via the coded lockbox is easy. The complex is secure (coded electronic gate entry) and is adjacent to the King's Shops and the Queen's Marketplace, where dining options are numerous (the food at Merriman's was the best we've had in the islands during any of our six visits). Not only is this condo gorgeous and well-appointed, but it's the best value we found in all of Waikoloa! And quiet? We rarely saw other vacationers on the grounds, including at the pool, which we had virtually to ourselves. When we return to the big island, it will be to the Fairways Villa I34...when you can have the best at a reasonable price, why settle for less? |

| Well appointed codo; in great shape (everything worked); needs better patio chairs; very comfortable for 4 to 6 people; Fairway complex is an excellent low rise development with open space (water, golf course) around it; convenient to shopping except for major grocery shopping; need to provide a map to find the condo unit particularly for those like us that arrive in the dark; very good facility in a very good area; good value for the price. I would not hesitate to stay here again. |

| We rented two units next to each other for the week of our son's wedding on the Kona Coast. We had a wonderful time and look forward to spending time there again...real soon! Abbey Rentals were wonderful to work with, everything was completed with ease. |
