Great Accommodation on the 9th hole
Three seniors and myself spent two weeks in this deluxe condo. We all said we did not want to go home. There was everything in the condo that you needed and more. I would recommend buying lots of groceries so that you would be able to use the beautiful kitchen more than we did. The pictures online did not do all the features of this home justice. Our rental company, Abbey Vacations were also top notch. I would like to send an extra kudos out to Jannelle and Gerry of that company. They were superb. Just one thing about the condo that you should know that the fan in the downstairs bedroom needs to be fastened to the ceiling better. I was afraid it would come down. I hope to return to this same condo some day soon. More...

Nice Place for a Family
We spent a week at this unit in early February - 4 adults and 2 children under 9 and it was great. It didn't seem like a rental unit, more like a lived in home. Very well stocked kitchen (appliances, dishes, cookware). Lots of space for everyone to be together or apart. This particular unit was almost next door to the pool, bbq and workout lani, which was handy. It was also located towards the main entrance and therefore the Queens/Kings shopping areas (you can walk for groceries).
The owners of this unit also have a gold membership to the two golf courses in Waikoloa Resort and we got seriously discounted rounds (full price for morning tee off is $190 and we got it for $75).
My only complaints:
- no flat screen TV (petty I know but other units have them)
- the bed linens are a little old and the beds/pillows were not very comfortable
You should know that the complex has rules about hanging anything outside, so you need to keep all boogie boards, toys, towels, wet clothes inside. Thankfully this unit had lots of hooks in the front hall and all the bathrooms to accomodate all our beach things. More...

Beautiful property
This is a terrific property. We had ample room for my wife and I and 4 children. The unit is immaculate inside and was fully equipped with kitchen appliances. The view from the patio and balconey were very nice. we awoke every morining to tropical birds singing. The unit's location is just a 2 minute walk to the pool and barbecue area. Th e beach is literally a 10 minute walk away or a 3 minute drive. The beach is safe and sheltered and has numerous sea turtles. The kids could safely snorkel in the waters. Our stay was wonderful and we would have no hestation in staying here again. More...

Wonderful Property
my family and i stayed here for a week. we walked in and were stunned by this magnificient property. walk out the door to the left and you are in a very nicely appointed barbecue area with very clean gas grills. then walk a little, and i do mean little further, and you are in a very nice pool area with hot tub overlooking the golf course and man made lake. you are very close to a few nice resorts and on a very nice golf complex. i rented this unit as the owner has golfing privledges at the two courses, kings and beach courses for a very reduced rate. everything in this unit was very clean with ALl the aammenities one could ask. you are approximately 25 minutes from downtown kona which was a easy drive. all in all, this is a very nice property which we would have no problem staying in again.
