Nice Studio with 1 Bath : Sleeps 4 : 1 Queen bed and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. This 1st level unit has a TV, DVD and VCR. It is only 1 block to the beach, has a pool and a slight view of the gulf. Coin operated guest laundry facilities are available and there is limited un-assigned covered parking. The complex has BBQ grills and a Tiki covered picnic area. There is an elevator and a luggage carts is available. A $200.00 Security Deposit is required. 14 day cancellation policy. Snowbirds are welcome. No smoking please. A 17 mile jogging/biking path parallels 30-A.

| The home was very clean. The beach was in walking distance. The window blinds need to be replaced but that was our only complaint. The beach wasn't crowded. It was just a really nice vacation. |

| We thorougly enjoyed our stay and accommodations. The kids really enjoyed the great pool and closeness to the ocean. We have already booked another condo for next year and we are bringing additional family members. I would highly recommend Dale Peterson Vacation Rentals. |
