Located on the beautiful Okaloosa Island, The Destin West Beach and Bay Resort offers you the best of both worlds. The Gulf Side boasts a 5,000 sq. ft. gulf front lagoon style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness center, and bbq grills. The Bay Side shines with its 700 ft lazy river, central pool with waterfall, two oversized hot tubs, and bbq grills, all with a view of the Choctawhatchee Bay and a skywalk to the beach. Both Gulf Side and Bay Side have limited covered parking.DWO704 is a top floor Bay Side penthouse 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with additional private rooftop patio with Jacuzzi. This unit sleeps 8 and has a King in the master bedroom with a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath, a Full in the guest bedroom, 2 Twins [bunk bed] in the bunkroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 3 TVs, DVD, and washer and dryer located in the unit. This unit has a virtual tour and welcomes monthly rentals.

| We had a great time here. The Condo was absolutely beautiful. We were impressed. We stay at Destin West every year and every unit has been breathtaking. We will definately return. |

| We've stayed at this resort a few times. We love it. This particular condo is a penthouse condo with a hot tub on the roof but there was not a table or chairs up there to sit and enjoy the surroundings. We did have issues with getting into the condo. Apparently the owner was taking pictures and in my opinion took too long especially when you know your condo has been rented and your renters are waiting. Other than that its a very nice condo! We plan on staying again August 2009!! |

| We thought this was a fantastic property. It was clean and spacious. The hot tub on the roof was perfect for us and the kids. The space was perfect for our family of four, with room to spare. The kids can't wait to return and we have recommended it to several friends. |

| Our condo was beautiful! This is the second condo at Destin West Bayside we have stayed in and once again we were not disappointed. Our kids loved the lazy river and we liked the convenience of being near all the area attractions, especially the beautiful beach that's just a short walk away. The bay is also beautiful and it was nice to wake up and drink coffee on our balcony and watch the boats go by. I can't wait until next summer!! |
