Vacation Rental Description
Comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath unit on the 3rd floor of an elevator building. Unit sleeps 6 with a queen in the master and 2 twins in the guest. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Mirrored wall in living room. There are 2 TVs, 1 VCR, stereo/CD. Unit has a stack washer/dryer directly off the kitchen. This gated complex has heated indoor/outdoor pools, fishing pier & marina, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, BBQ and a fitness room. A $200 security deposit is required. 14 day cancellation policy. Snowbirds welcome. Non-smoking. Pinnacle Port is located in west Panama City Beach just next to Carillon.

My family came here and stayed 3 nights. Wondrful stay, great price, but this location is about 8 minutes from the main strip in Panama City Beach.
Closer to Ft. Walton.
Very classy facility, LARGE indoor/outdoor pool, would definitely consider using Dale Peterson Vacations as well again... Very friendly. |

| We really liked the home and the view, but had some issue with broken elevator and all the constraction (they were changing carpets in the hallway). I have 5 months old baby there and it was pain to take stroller up and down the stairs and we were never offered a home with no constraction and working elevator. |

We rented this condo for our anniversay.
We were disappointed to find that the property was not very clean when we arrived. Also, several of the electrical outlets did not work. The T.V. in bedroom was not useable because of outlet.
The unit appeared to have been refurbished but it was lacking a lot. It felt "old".
