1 Bedroom, 1 3/4 baths Italian Style Cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway! The Master bedroom boasts a King bed with a master bath that includes a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Also in the master bedroom is a fireplace and large balcony. The second bathroom has a rainfall shower. There is a Queen sofa sleeper in the livingroom. The upper deck has a gorgeous gulf view, located 2 blocks from the pristine beach. This Cottage has a fully equiped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 tvs, 2 dvds, 1 vcr, cd player, and charcoal grill in a beautifully landscaped patio and garden area. Wireles internet access is available. There is non smoking and no pets allowed in this property. DEPOSIT: $250 CANX: 30 DAY POLICY.

| My wife & I heard about this house through her boss, who had rented it prior to our stay & he just ranted & raved about the place. We decided to give it a try & we were not disappointed. If you are looking for a nice quiet getaway for 2 people, this is it!!! You have your privacy & yet you are close enough to local entertainment & restaurants ( Try P.J.'s Coffee of New Orleans for breakfast or Goatfeathers for seafood). My wife & I just relaxed, enjoyed the solitude, & just regenerated for 4 days. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away for a few days. I am looking to rent this again in the future. |

| There are many good things to be said about this property. The location is good (short walk to the beach), the upstairs bedroom is romantic and the rooftop deck is great for stargazing. However, the condition of this property is not top notch. The extremely tiny dishwasher was falling apart, so we had to handwash dishes on vacation (not fun). We had to roll up the downstairs carpet because it was warped and we were tripping on it. There were ants in the upstairs bathroom and the jacuzzi tub, which was a major draw for this rental, spewed foul colored water when we tried to use it. In all honesty, we felt somewhat ripped off having to pay the full freight for the rental with these very fixable problems. It's also really inconvenient to go to the rental office to pick up and return keys. Why not use lock boxes like so many others do? |

| We stayed in Sienna for a week-long honeymoon and loved it! Not large, but plenty of space for two people-- king bed, whirlpool bathtub were awesome. Top floor deck is perfect for sunsets with wine-- very romantic. Easy walking distance to a pristine beach (less than 5min) and short driving distance (15min) to quite a few fabulous restaurants. We rented bikes one day, a canoe another day. We also took one day and drove into Panama City to go on a jetski tour and saw dolphins. There aren't too many site-seeing "attractions" around (unless you count touristy stuff in Destin/PCB), but we didn't want that for a honeymoon. If you want to relax, enjoy the sun, and eat great, I'd highly recommend this place. |

| This is not the first time I have rented this house and again, it did not disappoint. My girlfriend and I had a wonderfully relaxing time here for a whole week this time. I've even recommended it to my friends and those who have stayed here have loved every minute. |
