Located on the pristine beaches of Navarre Beach, Summerwind Condos is considered by many to be the jewel of Navarre. Whether you need accommodations for just a quick romantic getaway or planning a large family reunion, Summerwind offers everything you need to make your vacations experience a memorable one with units ranging from one to three bedrooms. Relax at one of three pools and hot tubs, grill up a fantastic meal at our grilling areas, or work off that extra bite of seafood in our exercise room. If you need to work on business while you are here, then stay connected with our high speed internet while enjoying the breath-taking gulf views that all Summerwind units enjoy.704W is a seventh floor, west building 3 bedroom, 3 bath end unit with wrap around balcony and lots of windows. This unit sleeps 8, with a King in the master with a garden tub in the master bath, a Queen in the second bedroom, 2 Twins in the third bedroom, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 4 TVs, 4 VCRs, DVD, stereo, and washer and dryer located in the unit. This unit has a virtual tour, welcomes monthly rentals, and is handicap accessible for the hearing impaired.

	Brought our 4 kids (5, 10, 14, 16) and my parents for an early summer family vacation. Was perfect. Beach was beautiful, condo was very nice and affordable, facilities were excellent (pools, etc). Top notch beach service. Enjoyed the poolside grills. Had never been to Navarre, but highly recommend it for those wanting to get away from the congestion of Destin. Same beach...no traffic. Not a lot of eating options, but we like to grill and cook...so perfect for us. Destin's just a 40 minute drive if you want some seafood or amusement...go carts :-)...for the kids.

	My daughter and my nephew have been going to Summerwind with me for years. We have always enjoyed staying there. They are both in college now and they are planning to come back again this year.

		FAB WEEK AT NAVARRE

	My FAB girlfriends and I go to Navarre and stay at Inn at Summerwind twice a year. Perfect location to relax and enjoy the Emerald Coast. Close enough to Destin and Pensacola for a quick trip to our favorite restaurants and to do a little shopping. Then, we return back to Navarre for rest and relaxation.

	We would recommend this property very highly. The view is great and it is more of a quiet area than most beaches. The condo was nice and well equipped. We had some problems keeping the outside grill going but it worked. The hot tub was never that hot but the pool was wonderful.
